Role Description Joining the People & Culture Department as our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating hiring activities and managing the administrative operations of the recruitment process. You will assist with resume screening, interview scheduling, and role administration to ensure a smooth and organized experience for the team, hiring managers, and candidates. - Domain: Own the operational and administrative layer of the recruitment process, from resume screening and interview coordination to ATS maintenance and inbox management, keeping hiring workflows organized, accurate, and compliant across all active markets. - Client: Contribute to inclusive hiring by maintaining candidate records consistently, reviewing postings for exclusionary language, and ensuring every applicant receives equitable, professional communication. - People: Support the hiring team through interview coordination, scheduling, and maintaining role content, hiring materials, and training resources. - Company: Stay connected to hiring trends, global talent market shifts, and employer brand activity to support continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition and help strengthen Thrive's position as an employer of choice. Qualifications - You have experience in a people-related role (talent acquisition, people operations, onboarding, or similar) and have supported coordination and administrative tasks within that environment. - You have experience coordinating and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and timezones, managing competing priorities with attention to detail. - You have worked with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or HR management system (HRMS/HRIS), maintaining records and keeping information accurate and up to date. - You have some exposure to interviews, whether screening, coordinating, or observing, and are excited about developing your skills further in this area. - You have experience working with and coordinating across global distributed teams, navigating time zones with ease. - You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and change. - You have experience collaborating with team members and understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships. - You are passionate about talent acquisition and are eager to grow your knowledge of recruitment operations, candidate experience, and hiring best practices.
