• Joining the Performance department (performance marketing) as our Performance Strategist, you'll ensure Thrive operates at peak performance by establishing efficient processes, implementing best practices, and fostering growth within your team in both technical and strategic areas. • Your mission will be to develop and execute project growth initiatives, lead a high-performing team, and uphold our company philosophy. • You’ll focus on setting your team up for success by enhancing the systems used to build, maintain, and grow client relationships through continuous improvement of philosophies, programs, policies, and processes. • Recognized as an emerging leader in performance marketing at Thrive, you solve client challenges, elevate team skills, and drive program growth by enabling teams to excel in their projects and careers. • Organizing and leading high-impact client relationship drivers, such as client onboards and business reviews, and using the latest and most cutting-edge methods and tools available to achieve successful outcomes. • Elevating people you work directly and indirectly with to bring best-in-class solutions to projects through their thinking and execution. Supporting the development of team members to grow company performance expertise. • Lead a culture of project excellence in the Performance department by guiding daily interactions, developing initiatives, and aligning individual efforts with organizational goals. Monitor team workflow, use business intelligence tools to optimize people and project allocation.
Role Description Joining the Data & Measurement Department as our Marketing Analytics Manager, you set the standard for analytics excellence across Thrive services through deep analysis, strategic contribution, and team development. You own or oversee complex analytics workflows and advance analytics standards, products, and capabilities through team elevation, client consultancy, and automation. Your focus will be on the following responsibilities: - Domain: Connect analytics products, analyses, and client consultation to measurable business decisions, setting the standard for analytics and data foundations across our client portfolio. - Client: Own analytics outcomes across the client portfolio with meaningful partnership impact, advancing foundations and embedding data-driven decision-making into client workflows. - People: Advance analytics expertise and capability across the team and organization by driving knowledge sharing, coaching, and a culture of continuous learning and innovation. - Company: Contribute to the analytics services roadmap and Thrive's capacity to support our clients with data and measurement, connecting these efforts to company business outcomes. We’re committed to delivering an exceptional onboarding experience that will create a strong foundation for your launch in this role: - In your first 30 days: Focus on learning Thrive’s systems, building trust with your team, and diagnosing areas that need improvement. You will immerse yourself in our onboarding process for new clients, and help the team troubleshoot incoming complex tracking or technical issues. - In your first 60 days: Join client workflows across onboarding or existing projects, to support and consult on analytics foundations, reporting or measurement and strategize new opportunities. - In your first 90 days: Begin contributing to our broader analytics roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve our services, increase adoption and support decision making across our biggest projects. You’ll also begin onboarding junior analytics team members under your management, helping to support development within our team. Qualifications - You’ve owned analytics strategy for complicated ecommerce and/or B2B businesses, translating analytics into business decision making. - You’re just as comfortable guiding team members through implementation problems as you are solving them yourself. - You’ve led team members day-to-day, setting the quality bar for analytics foundations, reporting and support. - You’ve led the response to major analytics challenges - whether a measurement disruption, a significant implementation project, or a complex technical problem - and owned progress from scoping through to delivery to non-technical stakeholders. - You’ve supported or led larger analyses or automation efforts that improve business insights - turning complex data into actionable insights for clients or internal stakeholders. • Joining the Performance Department (performance marketing) as our Project Lead, you'll be responsible for providing stability within your team by supporting your direct manager through mentoring, training, and developing team members. • You will apply expert-level strategic thinking to promote sustainable project growth, ensuring long-term success in performance marketing initiatives. • Making expert-level project contributions, autonomously leading projects of varying complexity to a high standard of quality, with a focus on testing and creative problem solving, maintaining client success where applicable and reasonable while supporting others around you and teaching others to do the same. • Exemplifying Thrive's standards for client success through strong day-to-day communication, agile and proactive problem solving, project management, and anticipating client needs. • Accountable for training and developing team members to be world-class performance marketers with Thrive's standards of quality and impact to aid in the growth of company performance expertise. • Understands and takes action to be a key influencer and innovator in helping Thrive improve our products and services, and enhancing team member contributions while aligning individual contributions with the wider team or program objectives.
