Role Description The Greater Change is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, supporting our mission to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This role is ideal for a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. - Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new hires. - Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting employee engagement. - Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions. - Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure HR policies and procedures are current, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization. - Training and Development: Support the development and delivery of training programs aimed at employee development and skills enhancement. - HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reporting, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy. - Compensation and Benefits: Assist in administering employee benefits programs and maintaining payroll accuracy. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. - HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not mandatory. Requirements - Work from Home - Salary: 3000 to 3500 AED, Plus Incentive for every client being handled. - No Visa will be provided. - Learning Experience: You will be working & Learning from Ex-HR VP's, Business Development Heads, Quality Heads...who have over 25+ years of HR Experience each. - Annual leave and public holidays. - 6 Day working Week.
