The Customer Support Specialist II will provide exceptional order to invoice customer relations experience for assigned accounts all TTC Brands. Work with customers to manage product availability and shipment consolidation in an effort to satisfy their requirements. What Will You Do? - Coordinate information flow, orders, and shipments to meet shipping goals of International Distributors. - Process shipments for international customers in accordance with export regulations. - Provide Export Documentation based on U.S. Export rules and regulations. - Support and interact with internal customers such as; sales and marketing, inventory analysts, distribution centers, credit, and traffic to facilitate order requirements. - Maintain knowledge of Toro product. - Maintain best in class responsiveness to correspondence with internal and external customers. - Identify and communicate any issues which would delay or impede prompt shipment of orders. May troubleshoot issues of routine complexity. - Document and update departmental procedures as needed. - Support and provide suggestions to periodic projects and activities such as LEAN process improvements. - Complete ongoing learning and education to ensure competence with growing and changing needs of the corporation. - All other tasks and projects as assigned..
