Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an IS/IT Project Manager
  • Proven track record delivering IAM or identity governance projects
  • Working expertise in core IAM technologies and concepts – SSO, identity federation, Entra ID (Azure AD), JML workflows, access reviews
  • Familiarity with Clear Skye, Keycloak, or similar IAM tools is mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects spanning IT infrastructure, ERP/Non-ERP systems, and SecOps
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align disparate business/IT priorities
  • Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent
  • Understanding of access governance audit requirements, data privacy principles, and security risk management related to identity and access
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field
