• Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and white papers • Edit content made by other members of the team • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas • Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation • Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage • Research, create and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration • Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation

• Backlink Strategy: Develop and execute a backlink strategy that increases our site’s authority and search engine ranking. • Content Solicitation: Reach out to relevant blogs and companies to solicit articles that include backlinks to our site. • Partnership Development: Identify and secure partnership opportunities for guest blogging and content exchange to enhance our content footprint. • Monitor and Analyze: Track the effectiveness of your backlink and content strategies, using tools to analyze and report on progress and impact. • SEO Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and updates to ensure our backlink practices adhere to search engine guidelines. • And other tasks as needed

• The DevOps Engineer (IST Timezone) will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for a global SaaS platform. • You will collaborate closely with developers and technical leadership in an agile, cross-functional team, driving best practices in automation, security, and reliability. • As a key contributor, you will address challenging infrastructure problems and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced, start-up environments. • Estimation and planning for infrastructure and automation tasks. • Analysis of requirements to develop robust, maintainable systems. • Designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and related toolchains. • Managing cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud (GC), and Cloudflare (CF). • Deploying, maintaining, and optimizing Kubernetes (k8s) clusters and containerized workloads. • Developing scripts and automation using Python, Bash, and PowerShell. • Administering MongoDB databases and ensuring high availability and backups. • Maintaining systems across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments. • Supporting development teams with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous delivery. • Configuring networks, VPNs, and HTTP reverse proxies for secure and efficient communication. • Implementing best practices for source control with Git and automating workflows. • Monitoring systems for reliability, performance, and security.

• Own the creation of high-quality technical content: blog posts, guides, whitepapers, case studies, and scripts • Translate complex Engineering concepts into clear, engaging content • Develop and maintain a consistent technical voice across platforms • Analyze content performance and continuously improve topics, formats, and messaging Video & Public Presence • Record educational and thought leadership videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms • Present confidently on camera (no editing required - production support provided) • Turn previously written content into video-first content where appropriate Technical Accuracy & Quality Control • Perform quality checks on all technical content • Review, edit, and refine written materials to ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency • Validate examples, workflows, and claims from an engineering perspective Leadership & Collaboration • Lead and mentor a team of content writers • Provide structured feedback and raise the quality bar across the team • Work closely with multiple departments to align messaging with product capabilities • Help define the technical content roadmap
