• Define and own QA standards, scope, and quality benchmarks across all teams. • Establish scalable QA processes that support rapid growth and complex regulatory requirements. • Drive continuous improvement of QA practices, automation strategy, and documentation. • Act as the quality champion across engineering, onboarding, and delivery functions. • Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams to adopt quality-first approaches. • Own quality assurance for client onboarding across multiple platforms and configurations. • Validate real-world onboarding scenarios to ensure systems behave correctly in production-like environments. • Design and build BDD automation frameworks using Playwright, Cucumber, and Page Object Model (POM) principles. • Implement automation using Java, Maven, and Gherkin. • Create reusable page objects, step definitions, selectors, and validation layers. • Perform functional, regression, UI, backend, and end-to-end testing. • Execute both manual and automated test cases with a high level of precision. • Design and execute API tests using Postman and REST Assured. • Perform database validation using SQL and JDBC across PostgreSQL and Oracle. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless delivery. • Track defects, progress, and test execution using Jira and version control tools. • Ensure all delivered software is secure, scalable, maintainable, and meets acceptance criteria.

• Performing on-site and remote supplier oversight to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements. • Managing the day-to-day activities of the Supplier Quality staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, etc. • Prepares and issues Supplier Quality surveillance assignments for execution by the assigned Supplier Quality Specialists and reviews/approves resulting reports. • Facilitates communication between on and off project personnel across disciplines; directs assigned Supplier Quality Specialists • Participates in resolution of technical and quality issues arising from area/shop Supplier Quality activities including monitoring of dispositions and corrections made to assure documented evidence of satisfactory closeout. • Plan and perform Supplier and Internal Audits as a Lead Auditor. • Perform general assessment and critique of nuclear quality programs and assessments • Work with Supply Chain management to resolve technical and quality deficiencies with Suppliers quality oversight of critical procurements to meet project milestones and schedules • Ensuring personal, industrial, and nuclear safety is a core aspect of daily work. • Fostering Nuclear Safety Culture Traits and Human Performance Tools both internally at TerraPower and with suppliers. • Attends specific shop visits such as initial visits, in-process surveillances performing Supplier Quality Specialist witness and hold points, or inspection activities at the shop. • Plan and perform commercial grade surveys of commercial suppliers

• Designing, implementing, and executing manual and automated functional, regression and performance tests • Designing and implementing testing strategy for the Backend API Platform • Testing mobile network connectivity by interacting with mobile devices • Running Functional and End-to-End tests and making that sure the functionalities are in conformance with the user stories, acceptance criteria and design documents • Ensuring version releases with 0 critical bugs • Looking for ways to increase automation ratio as much as possible while performing manual tests for the scenarious that are not automated yet • Collaborating and working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers to share bug reports, ensure business requirements are met, and increase code and automated test coverages • Tracking and measuring quality metrics to take any necessary corrective actions proactively for one thing: the best quality can be achieved • Evaluating, building, and improving the roadmap and infrastructure of the overall QA strategy and testing cycle for the end-products, making recommendations as necessary • Helping to build and grow a strong and dedicated QA Guild
