• Partner with the CPO and product leadership team to define, track, and operationalize product strategy across the organization. • Own the product operating cadence: QBRs, planning cycles, leadership offsites, and cross-functional rituals. • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into portfolio health, team capacity, and delivery performance. • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and GTM on priorities, roadmap milestones, and resource allocation. • Champion the integration of AI tools and workflows into Product Operations, including automated reporting, intelligent prioritization support, and AI-assisted research synthesis. • Partner with Engineering and Platform teams to identify where AI can reduce operational overhead in product delivery workflows. • Develop a framework for how product managers use AI in discovery, spec writing, and iteration, and drive adoption of best practices across the org. • Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and translate them into operational improvements that give Tempo’s product teams a competitive edge. • Own the Product team’s core toolstack and ensure PMs and designers have the systems they need to do their best work. • Design and implement scalable processes for roadmap management, intake, prioritization, and cross-team dependency tracking. • Build and run the onboarding and enablement programs for new product hires, ensuring ramp-up is fast and consistent. • Identify and close operational gaps before they become organizational bottlenecks. • Build the data and insights infrastructure that connects product decisions to customer outcomes and business results. • Own the voice-of-customer synthesis process, ensuring product leadership has a regular, structured view into customer feedback, NPS signals, and support trends. • Work with Data and Analytics to instrument key product metrics and make them accessible to the broader product team.

• Design, build, and ship production-grade agentic AI workflows on the Vertex / Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform that automate real business-operations processes end to end. • Make Gemini, Claude, Slack (Slackbot), and Atlassian Rovo work together – orchestrating multi-model, multi-tool agents that reason, retrieve, call APIs, and take action across Tempo's stack rather than living in a single tool. • Partner first with PMO, Procurement, and Enterprise Applications – then expand to Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, and the CFO organization – to identify high-value automation opportunities and translate them into shipped workflows. • Run discovery with operations stakeholders: map the current process, define the target state, and scope what to automate, what to assist, and what to leave to humans. • Implement tool use and function calling so agents can fetch data, trigger APIs, and execute actions across Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, procurement and finance systems, and other internal applications. • Build retrieval-grounded (RAG) and memory-enabled agents that draw on Tempo's knowledge so outputs are accurate, current, and context-aware. • Engineer reliable prompts, agent instructions, and orchestration logic; select the right model for each task and optimize for quality, latency, and cost. • Design guardrails, human-in-the-loop approvals, logging, and evaluation into every workflow – treating safety, auditability, and data governance as first-class requirements in partnership with the AI Ops governance layer. • Instrument workflows with monitoring, tracing, and success metrics; measure adoption and hours saved, and iterate based on real usage. • Establish and grow Tempo's AI Builder playbook – reusable patterns, templates, connectors, and standards so automations are consistent, secure, and easy to maintain as the practice scales. • Document workflows and enable business teams to adopt, trust, and (where appropriate) self-serve the agents you build. • Stay current with the fast-moving agentic AI landscape (models, frameworks, the evolving Vertex / Gemini Enterprise and Atlassian Rovo ecosystems) and bring practical recommendations back to the business. • Support the Tempo Way of Working by using Tempo and Jira products to manage and instrument the AI workflows you build.

• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of features across Tempo's product suite • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, and retrospectives alongside full-time engineers • Write clean, well-documented code and collaborate through Git-based version control workflows • Work with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Debug and resolve issues in existing systems, improving reliability and performance • Present your work at the end of your term to engineers and stakeholders across the team

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure using best practices • Support CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance • Help deploy and manage workloads on AWS • Work with modern technologies like Kubernetes and Docker • Contribute to automating key processes including build, release, monitoring, alerting, and observability • Help monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues • Participate in team rituals including standups, sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives • Collaborate with engineers across the team to understand and contribute to technical solutions • Support security and compliance requirements as part of day-to-day work • Present your work at the end of your term to engineers and stakeholders across the team

• You’ll drive strategy for this domain while working closely with Product Managers across Tempo’s ecosystem application portfolio whose work intersects with yours. • You’ll work directly with engineering and design from problem definition through shipped features with minimal handoff and maximum ownership. We use AI collaboratively throughout our work to streamline communication and accelerate delivery. • You’ll define how Tempo Financial Manager helps organizations manage project budgets, allocate budget across initiatives, track actuals against plan, and make real-time tradeoff decisions all within their strategic planning context. • Specifically, you’ll own: Product strategy and roadmap for Financial Manager’s budgeting, cost, and billing capabilities • Discovery with CFOs, FP&A leaders, and finance business partners, understanding how budget authority flows through a modern enterprise. • How Financial Manager connects portfolio investment decisions to financial plans: scenario modeling, threshold governance, and continuous forecasting. • Close partnership with Tempo’s integrations team on connecting Financial Manager to ERP and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, and others).

• Build a majority-automated IT function • Identify high-volume, repetitive IT processes — ticket triage and routing, access requests and provisioning, onboarding/offboarding (joiner-mover-leaver), software license assignment, password and MFA resets, and device lifecycle tasks — and automate them end to end. • Design and ship workflow automation across the IT service management platform (Jira Service Management) including request types, approval flows, SLAs, queues, and automation rules. • Build integrations between systems (ITSM, IdP, HRIS, endpoint management, and SaaS apps) using APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS / orchestration tooling (e.g., n8n, Workato, Zapier, or Tines). • Stand up and maintain self-service capabilities so employees can resolve common requests without a human in the loop. • Define and track automation KPIs — percentage of tickets auto-resolved, mean time to resolution, manual-touch reduction, and deflection rate — and report progress to IT leadership. • Design and operate AI agents • Build, evaluate, and maintain AI agents for IT use cases such as intent classification, ticket sizing, auto-response drafting, triage and assignment, knowledge-base curation, and stale-ticket management. • Implement appropriate guardrails and human-in-the-loop approval gates for any agent action that is employee-facing, security-sensitive, or published to a knowledge base. • Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-orchestration patterns; integrate agents with enterprise platforms via APIs and MCP-style connectors. • Establish evaluation, monitoring, and audit practices so agent behavior remains accurate, safe, and explainable over time. • Mentor and uplevel the team • Coach existing systems administrators in scripting, version control, API usage, and automation design so that automation becomes a team-wide capability. • Establish engineering practices for the IT team: source control, code review, testing, documentation, and safe change management for automations. • Run knowledge-sharing sessions and pair on builds; create reusable templates, libraries, and playbooks that lower the barrier to automating new processes. • Champion an automation-first mindset, helping the team evaluate whether a recurring task should be automated before it is staffed. • Reliability and governance • Own the lifecycle of automations and agents — monitoring, alerting, error handling, and graceful failure — so automated processes are dependable in production. • Partner with Security and IT Compliance to ensure automated access provisioning and agent actions meet least-privilege, audit, and separation-of-duties requirements. • Maintain clear documentation and runbooks so automations are transparent and supportable by the broader team.
