Temenos
• Own the specific services knowledge graph architecture across all services domains , influencing key decisions around ontology, technology selection , and execution of related capabilities. • Build AI capability layer including search, recommendations and enrichment. • Build centralized AI expert services capability organization within the Services Department as a Center of AI Excellence as well as disseminating AI skills throughout related 1CX (Customer Experience) teams. • Manage the Temenos Learning Community (TLC) business line through a direct reporting leader of the TLC business which includes learning , exams, certification and community. • Own AI governance, data quality and knowledge lifecycle across the Services department.
Job Requirements
- Deep experience in enterprise AI or data platforms development and execution.
- Deep execution experience in knowledge graphs and AI/ML systems.
- Financial mastery over business P&L/accounting principles.
