Our Operations team is looking for a Revenue Cycle Associate. The Revenue Cycle Associate is responsible for ensuring the financial health of Talkspace through meticulous revenue cycle support. With a focus on organization and efficiency, they adeptly organize and process claims into the database, maintaining a high standard of accuracy. This includes keeping records of all processed claims and invoices to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing claims and billing. Role Description We are looking for a Military Coordinator/Payor Success Associate to join our operations team. The Military Coordinator/Payor Success Associate is responsible for handling a higher level of contacts and back-office processes, including: - Health Plan Support - Customer Success inquiries - Unmatched clients/members - VIP escalations - Internal escalations - Ad hoc items, as needed They will prioritize incoming requests and adjust workflows accordingly to ensure efficient and effective resolution of issues. Role Description We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Provider Data & Directory experiences. This role will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for how provider data is structured, exchanged, surfaced, and ranked across our platform. You will work at the intersection of data infrastructure, search relevance, and healthcare interoperability (including FHIR-based integrations) to ensure members can find the right provider quickly and reliably.
