Our Operations team is looking for a Revenue Cycle Associate. The Revenue Cycle Associate is responsible for ensuring the financial health of Talkspace through meticulous revenue cycle support. With a focus on organization and efficiency, they adeptly organize and process claims into the database, maintaining a high standard of accuracy. This includes keeping records of all processed claims and invoices to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing claims and billing. In collaboration with internal team members, the Revenue Cycle Associate works closely to resolve billing issues, contributing to a streamlined process that facilitates efficient and accurate billing practices. Additionally, they foster collaboration among team members and various departments, ultimately contributing to the timely reimbursement and overall financial success of Talkspace. What You'll Do - Revenue Cycle Support - Organize and process claims into our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Maintain accurate records of all claims and invoices processed. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to claims and billing. - Support a streamlined process for efficient and accurate billing. - Team Collaboration - Work closely with internal team members to resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursement for Talkspace. - Communicate effectively with team members and other departments. - Performs other related duties as assigned. About You - Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related work-experience. - Experience with electronic claims processing and/or billing software. - Proficient in Google Suite - 2+ years of experience in billing and accounting is preferred. - Healthcare experience, experience with medical billing codes and terminology is preferred. Compensation At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively. The hourly rate for this role is between $22.00.
