The OpportunityWe are looking for a Business Operations Lead to partner with leaders across the Managed Growth business and the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) organization to drive strategic clarity, operational alignment, and execution across our most important enterprise growth initiatives. Superhuman’s (formerly Grammarly) Managed business is a key lever for growth as we expand our product portfolio and deepen relationships with enterprise customers. As we continue to scale, this role will connect strategy to execution, ensuring that priorities are clear, decisions are data-informed, and teams are focused on the initiatives that create the greatest impact. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll partner with senior GTM leaders to design and deliver the Managed Growth strategy, strengthen the foundations of the business to enable growth through and coordinate across the S&O GTM team to bridge strategy and execution. This role is central to making our compound startup model work—connecting multiple product offerings, diverse GTM teams, and business units into a unified growth engine that maximizes enterprise impact. What Makes This Role Electric - You’ll be at the center of the action, partnering directly with GTM, Product, and Revenue leaders to shape how our Managed business scales and wins. - You’ll turn strategy into action by aligning priorities, removing blockers, and keeping our most critical enterprise initiatives moving forward with precision and clarity. - You’ll see the full business picture across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data, connecting insights and decisions that drive revenue growth and customer impact. - You’ll lead primarily through influence, acting as the connective force that helps cross-functional teams move faster and more effectively toward shared goals while also knowing when to leverage formal authority or broader support when needed. - You’ll have real ownership in shaping how the business runs, building operating cadences and launching GTM programs in close partnership with PMM, Revenue Marketing, Enablement, RevOps, MarOps, and other teams to strengthen our foundation and accelerate growth. - You’ll help design and operationalize the systems, rituals, and frameworks that enable multiple products and teams to function as a unified growth engine in our compound startup model. Key Responsibilities - Partner with GTM and Managed Growth leadership to define the Route-to-Market strategy and ensure alignment with company goals. - Lead and operationalize cross-functional priorities across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability. - Act as the operational nucleus for the Managed business, independently driving initiatives while scoping and partnering with Strategy and Operations team for support on key motions. - Build and manage the operating cadence for the Managed business, including strategic planning cycles and cross-functional leadership forums. - Serve as the bridge across Managed, Self-Serve, and Core Marketing teams through the Strategy and Operations function, ensuring priorities, insights, and updates are shared effectively to make the compound startup model work across our diverse products and GTM motions. - Facilitate strong information flow up, across, and down the organization to support alignment in a matrixed, multi-product environment, enabling fast, informed decision-making that drives business outcomes. - Drive operational readiness for new products, integrations, and cross-functional launches by coordinating planning and enablement across GTM teams. - Own the Managed Voice of Customer feedback loop to inform product strategy, GTM prioritization, and customer experience improvements. Example Impact (First 6–12 Months) - Establish a clear operating cadence and governance model for the Managed business to drive visibility, accountability, and faster decisions. - Lead the integration of an acquired product line or GTM motion, ensuring smooth transitions across systems, teams, and processes. - Partner with the Business Operations Lead for Self-Serve Growth and the Core Marketing Program Manager to create a shared information framework of dashboards, calendars, syncs, and reporting that strengthens information sharing, alignment, and collective impact across our RTM. - Launch and oversee high-impact Managed GTM initiatives that accelerate enterprise growth and retention. - Build and operationalize a Managed Voice of Customer program that connects insights to product strategy and GTM planning. - Establish repeatable cross-functional rhythms that improve execution speed and leadership alignment. - Define and track success metrics for the Managed business, linking operational outcomes to company OKRs and growth goals.
