Motion & Video Designer
Storyblok
• Produce animated product demos, feature explainers, and launch videos that make complex product capabilities feel intuitive and compelling. • Design motion graphics and UI animations that bring Storyblok’s workflows, features, and value propositions to life - clearly and on-brand • Partner with Product Marketing, Design, and Product teams to transform new feature launches and strategic initiatives into compelling visual stories. • Lead and evolve Storyblok's video design system, including motion principles, templates, intros, outros, lower thirds, thumbnails, and reusable assets used across product videos, webinars, customer stories, events, and social media. • Produce and edit video content for a variety of formats and channels, ensuring consistency with Storyblok's visual identity and brand standards. • Work with internal teams and external vendors to plan and produce high-quality video across campaigns, webinars, events, and launches.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in motion design, video production, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video work.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and related creative tools.
- Experience creating animated product demonstrations, feature explainers, or launch videos for SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, typography, video production workflows, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging visual stories.
- Experience developing scalable video templates, motion systems, and brand assets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, Film, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of design plans for both new construction and renovation projects, specializing in Educational Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of spatial creativity, technical CAD/3D modeling skills, and the communication prowess needed to interface directly with clients and our sales team. Key Responsibilities - Space Planning & Design: Create comprehensive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs for multiple styles of educational facilities. - Presentation & Pitching: Develop and present engaging design concepts and service capabilities to potential clients. - Material Selection: Source and select fabrics, finishes, and color palettes that align with specific design concepts and overarching architectural plans. - Collaboration & Communication: Act as a key liaison, managing day-to-day correspondence and communication with clients, project stakeholders, and internal sales staff. - Technical Design: Utilize specialized industry software to produce high-quality CAD drawings and immersive 3D visuals. Qualifications - 2–4 years of industry experience specific to commercial project design, a big plus if you have experience working with Furniture. - Strong knowledge of interior design and custom furniture solutions is highly preferred. - Proficiency and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Giza 2020 / CAP, and CET Designer (Configura). - Proven capability in generating precise CAD drawings and detailed 3D models/visuals. - Strong interpersonal skills for ongoing correspondence and collaboration with clients, project stakeholders, and internal sales staff.
