• Become the face of Step’s social content, being on camera talent • Own the end-to-end organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube • Identify and tap into emerging trends and tools to maximize the reach and success of our content • Produce, edit, post, and optimize platform-native content for each channel • Drive channel optimizations, audience development, engagement, and growth for each platform • Utilize analytics and data to improve our content and influence the strategy for each platform
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of creating content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Deep passion for personal finance and financial literacy, and are actively consuming short-form and long-form financial content
- Invested in helping the next generation take control of their financial future and creating financial literacy content to help people improve their financial futures
- You love creating and editing content, being on camera, and are passionate about all things social media
- Proven expertise in platform-native content creation across major social channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels/Stories, YouTube, X/Twitter)
- You are obsessed with all things social media and have a robust understanding of Gen-Z
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Highly creative, brainstorming comes as second nature.
