• Lead end-to-end procurement activities across assigned suppliers and categories, ensuring supply continuity, cost control, and supplier performance. • Own end-to-end procurement lifecycle (forecast → PO → delivery → inventory outcomes). • Align purchasing with forecasts and operational demand. • Proactively manage supply risks and drive mitigation actions. • Expedite or de-expedite orders to meet operational needs. • Maintain supplier master data (contacts, lead times, certificates, compliance docs). • Own key supplier relationships and drive performance (cost, quality, delivery). • Basic negotiations on price, MOQ, lead time, order multiple etc. • Support supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with company policies. • Assist in resolving supply issues (delays, shortages, incorrect shipments). • Liaise with logistics providers for shipping and clearance coordination. • Assist in invoice verification and resolution of discrepancies. • Support procurement across full product lifecycle. • Manage BOM changes, engineering updates, and transitions. • Minimise disruption and excess through structured change management. • Work across planning, production, logistics, and engineering. • Escalate risks with clear recommendations. • Drive procurement process improvements and governance. • Apply strong inventory control principles. • Maintain ERP integrity and accurate supplier data. • KPIs (PO cycle time (Requisition → PO issued), Supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD), Inventory turns optimisation & Price compliance).
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in end-to-end procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ERP capability (MRP, PO management, inventory control, supplier data).
- Experience supporting forecasting, cost control and operational planning.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capability.
- Working knowledge of procurement governance frameworks and BOM structures.
- Ability to understand and manage the full product lifecycle.
- Commercial awareness and basic negotiation capability.
- Experience in vertically integrated design-to-manufacturing environment preferred.
- Managing international suppliers and logistics coordination preferred.
- Desirable: CIPS Level ¾, ACIPS / ASCM or alternative.

Role Description Be part of a growing lifestyle brand as we build out our Planning team at Greyson Clothiers. As the Men’s Category Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the DTC and Wholesale inventory planning for both pre-season and in-season time periods. This role is highly collaborative, and you will report directly to Senior Planning Manager to assist in development & implementation of annual assortment strategies, maximizing sales and profits. This role will also work cross functionally to provide analytics and support to our DTC & Wholesale channels. This is a remote position with occasional travel required to our Detroit, MI office as needed. - Provide analysis on trends and recommendations to influence cancellations, future purchases, and assortment strategies for the Men’s Business. - Analyze historic performance to identify areas of opportunity or risk in the DTC and Wholesale channels of business. - Deliver inventory recaps monthly to analyze performance, identify opportunities and develop recommendations that support the Planning and sales team KPI's. - Establish appropriate processes & tools to review product assortments; providing data & analysis to support decision making and serve as subject matter expert for analysis of the Men’s business. - Assist in the development of annual, seasonal, and monthly open to buy plans. - Understand inventory flow plans, while keeping the turn and GMROI goals top of mind. - Partner cross functionally with production and fulfillment teams to implement consistent and profitable in-season replenishment strategies and practices. - Assist in building pre-season class level forecast for Sales, Inventory and Margin in partnership and alignment with the DTC and WHSL channels. - Ability to adapt to a highly entrepreneurial environment and responds to changes positively. - Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills. - Working knowledge of NetSuite and Shopify e-commerce platform. - Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all cross functional partners throughout the organization. - Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
