Human Resources Intern
SSF IMPORTED AUTO PARTS LLC
Role Description We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for performing various Human Resources tasks in a temporary and part-time role. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong self‑motivation, accountability, and the ability to manage priorities independently and professionally while maintaining clear and timely communication with team members. - Maintaining and filing critical Human Resources documents. - Performing audits for completeness, accuracy, and reporting discrepancies. - Support recruitment and employer branding by assisting with job postings and company presence on job sites. - Perform a variety of Human Resources administrative tasks as assigned. - Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS) program for employee training. - Assist with participation in job fairs and recruiting events. - Effectively manage time and prioritize multiple HR-related tasks and deadlines. - Maintain a professional, respectful, and confidential demeanor. - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and in compliance with company policy and applicable laws. - This position does not have authority to make hiring, disciplinary, compensation, or termination decisions. Qualifications - Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college or university program. - Coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or equivalent courses. Requirements - Work Monday through Friday for 10 hours. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Physical Requirements - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
