• The Business Sales Operations Outfitter provides frontline operational and customer support for Bass Pro Shops Business Sales customers. • This role is responsible for handling inbound Business Sales communications. • Supporting CRM-driven workflows. • Coordinating logo setup requests. • Proactively engaging assigned Government and Retail accounts to identify sales opportunities. • Delivering consistent, professional, and brand-aligned experience for our business customers.

• Play a key role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and expansion of healthcare services in Hong Kong and the broader APAC region. • Ensure high-quality patient support and a seamless digital healthcare experience. • Drive new launches, proactively identify risks, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, insurers, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies. • Report to the Care Quality Director.

• Engages with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery. • Creates, communicates and obtains all required documentation for new referrals. • Secures patient’s upfront payment including assisting patients to find avenues for payment where needed (identifies opportunities and directs patient to financial assistance program). • Supports the ongoing activities needed to ensure clean claims on hold and denial management (follow-up on paperwork where missing). • Assist Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed.
