Learning Producer – Course General Manager, Agentic AI Course
Springboard
• Conduct an analysis of 5-6 existing, reputable Agentic AI courses and programs • Evaluate topic areas covered, capstone projects / labs featured, and strengths of different courses and instructors • Develop a point of view on what a cutting-edge Agentic AI course must include for today’s learners • Help identify and select course talent (instructors) for the program • Define the high-level course structure and outline, use of instructor talent, learning objectives, and capstone project / assessment approach, consulting with Springboard’s CEO and Director of Learning Experience Design as thought partners • Collaborate with Agentic AI SMEs and instructors to shape the curriculum • Work with 5–8 lecturers (Agentic AI SMEs) to develop lecture-based content • Edit and finalize lecture presentation content and PPT design, to align with overall course outline and flow • Create original, text-based materials and other supplementary content as needed, as wrap-around content to live lectures • Ensure content is coherent, high-quality, and aligned with the overall learning experience • Oversee instructor contracting/negotiating, scheduling, and coordination • Manage timelines and deliverables to support a successful and on-time course launch • Run and/or moderate the first iteration of the course, ensuring smooth execution and a strong learner experience • Gather feedback and insights to inform future iterations
Job Requirements
- Highly entrepreneurial. Experience as a founder is a huge plus.
- Experience in content development and/or learning experience design
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze competitive offerings and form clear recommendations
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for content quality
- Deep empathy for learners and an obsession with creating excellent adult learning experiences
- Sound judgment and prioritization, especially in a fast-paced startup setting. For example, exercising sound judgment on what should be part of an MVP.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adult learning, education, or facilitation background preferred.
