Job Description

Account Executive

Splitero

• Prospecting, outbound calling, and responding to incoming inquiries from potential brokers • Leading all communications with prospective brokers, including perfecting pitch calls, with the goal of turning leads into partners • Collaborate with legal to perform background checks on prospective brokers, ensuring Splitero performs its proper due diligence • Onboard all new brokers by developing, scheduling, and leading training • Serve as the primary point of contact for all onboard brokers by answering questions, ensuring Splitero receives documentation for homeowners, and regularly reporting the status of opportunities • Create processes and communication templates to be used by our production, focusing on providing an informative white-glove experience • Create a scalable feedback loop between brokers and the internal production team to identify areas for improvement • Own cross-functional projects from scope to execution to increase efficiency and improve the broker experience - all with the support of leadership and collaboration from Production, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to develop an external Wholesale portal to be used by our broker partners

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in mortgage or real estate sales (dealer/broker channel preferred)
  • Previous Salesforce experience
  • Proven history of successfully managing cross-functional projects from ideation to execution
  • Experience creating, implementing, and optimizing scalable policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and proactively identify and solve problems
  • Polished communication skills; the ability to collaborate internally and externally with professionalism, tact, and speed
  • Commitment to providing a white-glove experience for broker partners
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with all levels of an organization
  • Desire and potential to grow as a People and Functional Manager
  • Active NMLS license, or ability to be licensed within 90 days after starting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with extreme attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work 8am-5pm PST
  • Desire to participate in fast-paced early-stage startup
