• Design, implement, and maintain operational best practices for tools and automation development. • Lead the development and advocacy of CI/CD best practices, standards, and processes using tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, AWS CodeBuild, and others. • Provide ongoing support to our development teams by maintaining and upgrading the existing configuration management environment. • Build and deploy tools to enhance the deployment framework required for our Enterprise platform. • Develop and implement strategies for zero downtime deployments and patching. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and optimize deployment and build processes. • Actively contribute to problem management by automating repetitive tasks and troubleshooting issues to prevent reoccurrence. • Ensure all solutions are compliant with security and regulatory standards. • Promote and implement continuous testing practices within the DevOps lifecycle.

• Understand the customer’s needs, their eco-system, and have a deep knowledge of solutions • Prepare for, manage, and execute onsite and remote installation and training with new and existing customers • Follow best practices in issue resolution, managing customer expectations, and delivery of solutions on complex network environments • Work in synergy with the Technical account Experts to meet with the relevant KPIs and excel with customers’ experience interfacing with product management, R&D, and Technical Customer Support, providing technical insight and customer feedback from the field • Support team with Digital Forensics activities

• Critical Infrastructure Management: Administer, optimize, and monitor Linux infrastructure (Hetzner), ensuring security and performance. • n8n High Availability: Implement and maintain a scalable n8n architecture, configuring worker separation and optimized use of RabbitMQ and Redis for maximum fault tolerance. • Routing and Security: Configure and maintain Traefik for efficient routing and Cloudflare for protection and delivery optimization. • Monitoring and CI/CD: Implement proactive monitoring systems to detect and resolve bottlenecks. Develop and maintain CI/CD practices for secure deployment of infrastructure and new n8n workflows. • Leadership in n8n Flow Development: Act as the primary owner for design and development of end-to-end n8n automation workflows, ensuring clean code (including JavaScript/Python in specific nodes when required) and high performance. • High-Level Marketing Integration: Build robust integration flows with critical marketing APIs (Meta/WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Graph API, CRMs, email platforms), ensuring proper authentication and efficient error handling. • AI Architecture in n8n: Develop workflows that integrate LLMs and RAG systems to create marketing automation agents, such as dynamic segmentation, message personalization, or automated copy generation. • Workflow Performance Optimization: Review and refactor existing and new workflows to ensure efficient use of infrastructure resources and fast execution of automations.
