Security and Compliance Administrator

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard systems, networks, and data • Monitor security events, vulnerabilities, and threats; investigate and respond to incidents • Manage security tools such as SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection, IAM, and vulnerability scanning solutions • Conduct regular risk assessments, penetration testing coordination, and security reviews • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, CIS) • Lead and support internal and external audits, assessments, and compliance reviews • Develop, update, and enforce information security policies, standards, and guidelines • Conduct security awareness and compliance training for employees • Provide regular security and compliance reports to management and leadership
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in information security, compliance, governance, or risk management
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with security technologies and controls
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory assessments
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

• Secure Products, Infrastructure & AI Platforms: Design, implement, and maintain security controls across applications, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and AI enabled services. • Support engineering teams in the secure deployment and operation of AI capabilities, including LLM integrations, intelligent agents, and AI assisted development tooling. • Embed security requirements aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and internal standards. • Drive adoption and operationalization of security tooling including SAST, DAST, container scanning, IaC security, and dependency analysis tooling. • Integrate automated security testing into the SDLC to enable secure-by-design development. • Partner with engineering and product teams to evaluate and support the adoption of new technologies, including AI platforms, LLM services, and automation frameworks. • Provide architectural guidance to ensure new systems and integrations meet security, reliability, and scalability requirements. • Lead application security reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. • Support investigation of product and infrastructure security incidents. • Develop and maintain security expertise across multiple Mirantis products. • Champion secure design principles and modern application security practices.
• Develop and implement AI governance and security controls to prevent sensitive data exposure through internal AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other LLM-integrated systems). • Establish policies, guardrails, and data classification enforcement for prompt inputs and outputs across all AI-enabled workflows. • Monitor and assess AI tool usage across departments to identify policy violations, data leakage risks or unapproved AI integrations. • Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Legal to ensure compliance with SOC2, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in the context of AI data processing. • Develop and maintain a secure AI development environment for internal data science and ML projects. • Support red-teaming and testing of internal AI models to identify vulnerabilities, prompt injection, data exfiltration or model inversion risks. • Identify and mitigate AI-driven external threats, including model-based phishing, deepfake, data poisoning and automated attack tooling. • Work with the security operations and incident response teams to detect and respond to AI-generated or AI-assisted attacks. • Contribute to the organization’s threat intelligence program with a focus on emerging AI risks. • Evaluate and test AI-specific security solutions, including model monitoring, output filtering and anomaly detection tools.
