Role Description SmartScale360 is looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our U.S.-based clients. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process and excellent candidate experience. This role is perfect for candidates with recruitment or HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. You’ll handle billing tasks and assist with recruitment processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a seamless candidate and client experience.
