If you have experience in healthcare scheduling, home care scheduling, patient coordination, caregiver scheduling, workforce management, or staffing coordination, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities - Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts for US home care clients - Monitor attendance, call-offs, and schedule adherence - Fill open shifts and ensure continuous patient coverage - Coordinate shift changes and caregiver replacements - Communicate with caregivers, patients, clients, and internal teams - Maintain accurate records within scheduling platforms - Generate scheduling, staffing, and attendance reports - Support daily workforce management and scheduling operations Qualifications - At least 1 year of experience in Healthcare Scheduling, Patient Coordination, Workforce Management, Dispatching, Staffing Coordination, or Home Care Scheduling - Experience supporting US Healthcare, Home Care, Staffing, Healthcare BPO, or Medical Accounts - Excellent English communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Experience using scheduling or workforce management software - Reliable work-from-home setup Requirements - Device: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum - 100 Mbps internet - Backup device, internet, and power supply Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting US Home Care agencies - Experience with WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare, CareSmartz360, NICE, Verint, or similar scheduling platforms - Experience handling caregiver scheduling and patient coordination - Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills Important Note To help streamline the hiring process, candidates are encouraged to secure an NBI Clearance upon application to avoid delays during client matching.
