Trading & Distribution Account Executive

Signode

• Manage day-to-day commercial relationships with assigned reseller/distribution accounts • Support joint planning, quarterly reviews, and follow-up actions • Support enablement for consumables and portfolio value propositions • Identify and progress reseller and distribution opportunities and leads • Maintain a structured opportunity funnel in CRM and ensure accurate next steps and forecasting inputs • Support commercial execution with resellers and distributors • Monitor early signals in reseller and distributor performance and escalate appropriately • Coordinate internally with Product Management, Supply Chain/Operations, Customer Service, and Finance/AR to resolve customer issues • Promote full-portfolio pull-through • Represent Signode in reseller & distributor facing events and support broader program initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • 5-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, distributor/reseller support, or partner-facing commercial roles
  • Experience working with pricing/discount structures and supporting partner or account plans
  • CRM experience is an advantage
  • Exposure to Tools/General Purpose products or industrial packaging solutions is beneficial.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • English required; additional local language(s) advantageous.
