• Repair and installation of machines and management of spare parts • Commissioning and start-up of simple and/or complex equipment • Management of job-related resources (company vehicle, tools, etc.) • Preparation of intervention reports • Performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning interventions • Review the schedule provided by the customer service team • Determine the type of intervention (repair, maintenance, etc.), the number of machines, and the intervention conditions • Prepare spare parts according to the machine type and the type of intervention • Regularly participate in site coordination meetings during the installation of complex equipment • Act as the technical point of contact on site during equipment installation • Install and commission simple and/or complex equipment • Provide customer training on simple and/or complex equipment • Complete intervention reports to trigger spare parts orders • Verify spare parts availability via physical stock • Administrative and equipment follow-up • Organize/plan your working day • Keep work equipment in good condition
