The Senior Business Development Manager serves as D&G Solutions’ primary growth lead for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and related federal organizations. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth, this position is responsible for developing and executing account strategies, identifying and qualifying opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, leading capture efforts, and supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives within the Coast Guard and DHS markets. Working closely with executive leadership, operational leaders, project managers, capture personnel, proposal staff, and industry partners, the Senior Business Development Manager helps expand D&G’s market presence and increase contract awards. This role proactively shapes opportunities before solicitation release, develops strategic customer relationships, identifies emerging requirements, and leads pursuits from opportunity identification through contract award.
