• Supporting direct sales of Flow International Corporation's products • Assisting distributor partners within an assigned geographic territory • Executing sales activities • Supporting technical demonstrations • Helping drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer and distributor relationships
• Support direct sales of Flow International Corporation's products and assist distributor partners within an assigned geographic territory. • Execute sales activities, support technical demonstrations, and drive revenue growth while maintaining relationships. • Conduct initial outreach, needs assessment, sample cutting, product presentations, and ROI analysis.
• Provide troubleshooting and repair service for waterjet equipment • Respond to customer inquiries in person, via telephone and email • Provide extensive training in the safety, operation, and maintenance of waterjet equipment • Process documentation of all activities relating to customer inquiries or field service • Assist in the development of new products and emerging technologies • Be an effective liaison with Engineering and Sales departments regarding customer feedback and new product development • Process requests for replacing defective components in compliance with KMT warranty • Assist other service technicians in their territories with service • Perform other duties as required • Office duties that include accurate record keeping, basic computer knowledge and effective organizational skills are required
• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Waterjet, CNC Laser and Press Brake systems • Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure optimal machine performance • Train customers in machine operation, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software issues • Complete detailed service documentation and reports • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and assist with parts identification • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and holiday support • Perform routine and preventive maintenance
• Provide expert-level technical support for Flow International Corporation’s water-cutting and surface preparation systems • Deliver on-site and remote technical support for the operation, diagnosis, and repair of Flow systems • Assist customers in troubleshooting, part identification, and resolution of technical issues via phone, email, or site visits • Accurately complete all required administrative documentation and service reports in a timely manner • Adhere to Flow’s Return Material Authorization (RMA) policy and document all customer-reported system issues • Support documentation efforts, including maintaining current product manuals, specifications, and technical references • Serve as a professional liaison between Flow and its customers/distributors, ensuring a positive and productive relationship • Travel to customer sites, sometimes on short notice and outside of normal business hours, to provide high-quality service and technical guidance.
