Role Description Sev1Tech has an opportunity for a Training Developer with extensive instructional design experience in a broad spectrum of applications to include the development of Training Support Packages, POIs, and examinations. In this role, the candidate will coordinate cross-functional efforts to accomplish assigned tasks to support PM Tactical Radio (PM TR). The candidate will also assist with training needs analysis, implementation planning, sustainment, and validation/verification activities and will interface with government personnel to identify required activities, perform collaborative planning, review deliverables, and resolve issues. The candidate will leverage extensive subject matter expertise in Leader Radios, Manpack Radios, and Single Channel Radios to enhance U.S. Warfighter interoperability. This position requires an active DoD Secret clearance. Role Description Sev1Tech is looking for a Product Owner/Project Manager for the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Ordnance Information System (OIS) program to provide technical expertise on a mission-critical program whose purpose is to develop, modernize, enhance, operate, and maintain services for OIS mission critical systems. This role will be a key leadership role for the OIS Platform Team, leading solutions for the OIS AWS GovCloud Environment and DevSecOps (DSO) Pipeline Team. Your primary goal will be to provide vision and guidance for keeping each team on task in fulfilling their day-to-day responsibilities and meeting short/long term OIS product improvement goals. This role requires a strong mix of customer service skills and a detailed technical understanding of the domains supported by the team to define user stories, incorporate features into the backlog, and develop the roadmap in collaboration with the technical leads. The trainer will execute other training activities as required, such as but not limited to Train-the-Trainers efforts testing events. An Active secret clearance is required for this position. The trainer must have the ability to conduct fluent presentations and hands-on practical exercises. - Carry out instructional and trainer functions in support of the Handheld, Manpack & Small-Form Fit (HMS) programs including but not limited to: AN/PRC-148, AN/PRC-158, AN/PRC-162, AN/PRC-163 and future generation of HMS radios and/or systems. - Training of COTS radios, AN/PRC-161, AN/PRC-152A, AN/PRC-117G and any future COTS radios and/or systems. - Facilitate and instruct in an effective and efficient manner, both in person and virtually. - Conduct monthly peer reviews on the effectiveness of training delivery. - Update training mission plans as needed. - Responsible for classroom setup and maintaining training equipment suites and other duties as assigned. - Coordinates logistics for training events. - Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs. - Achieves and maintains Assistant Instructor (AI) and Primary Instructor (PI) Certification and Annual re-certification as stated in the PM TR TPF SOP. - Responsible for classroom setup and maintaining training equipment suites, lift 50 pounds and other duties as assigned.
