Role Description Securitize Fund Services is a global leader in fund administration for digital asset funds. We are seeking a Treasury Associate to join our team and support the execution of money movement services in accordance with client agreements, fund offering documents, operational checklists, internal anti-fraud protocols, and other client-specific requirements. Role Description Reporting into the CEO of Securitize Markets, the Director of Market Liquidity will lead the development and maturation of a robust market and liquidity environment for the trading of a variety of tokenized securities, including ISTs, across four verticals: - OTC market maker liquidity - ATS/order book liquidity, including Securitize Markets ATS & NYSE ATS for tokenized stocks - Crypto exchanges, e.g., OKX, Binance - Decentralized Platforms, including Uniswap and forthcoming TSVs (tokenized securities venues) The person will build a comprehensive participant network of liquidity providers, broker-dealers, and trading platforms, and will stand up Securitize’s dealer and market making function across tokenized equities, ETFs, funds, treasuries, and other assets on the platform. Working in consultation with LPs, exchanges/ATSs, asset managers, and corporate issuers, this person will ensure there are viable and robust market liquidity solutions for Securitize’s products, including for on-chain and off-chain execution options. This includes ensuring the presence of trustworthy custodial alternatives for securities, cash, and stablecoins, and settlement alternatives, including instant settlement and other settlement timeframes demanded by participants.
