Role Description Securitize Fund Services is a global leader in fund administration for digital asset funds. We are seeking a Treasury Associate to join our team and support the execution of money movement services in accordance with client agreements, fund offering documents, operational checklists, internal anti-fraud protocols, and other client-specific requirements. This role reports directly to the Treasury Manager and collaborates closely with the Investor Relations and Fund Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing aligned with our high standards of service and compliance. Key Responsibilities - Initiate and monitor domestic and international wire transfers related to fund expenses, investments, and investor activity. - Perform verbal call-backs and other verification procedures in accordance with internal compliance and security protocols. - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Investor Relations and Fund Accounting, to ensure accurate and timely money movement. - Assist with the setup and maintenance of wire templates and wire import files for large distribution events. - Reconcile outgoing wire payments for redemptions and distributions. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payments or instructions. - Support treasury and operations process improvement initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - 0–3 years of relevant experience in fund administration, treasury operations, or financial services, preferably with exposure to alternative assets or digital asset funds. - Working knowledge of wire initiation processes and banking platforms. - High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow procedures consistently. - Strong communication skills, especially for cross-functional collaboration. - Team player with a proactive and professional attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing numerous projects and clients.
