Role Description Assist management in the planning and coordination of activities and projects necessary to secure and maintain zoning approvals, provide feasibility and risk analysis for proposed business decisions, and ensure compliance of owned communication facilities. What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities - Zoning Due Diligence Process for Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Sites - Create and prepare zoning information data forms for all acquired communication towers for review and approval by the Zoning Manager. - Provide zoning assistance to M&A for communication towers proposed for purchase. - Compile existing zoning documentation and/or obtain outstanding zoning documentation from regulatory jurisdictions to complete due diligence. - Coordinate with regulatory jurisdictions to provide solutions to complete zoning due diligence such as final inspections, expired permits and code enforcement issues. - Compose applicable zoning due diligence letter for jurisdictional sign off when zoning documentation is not available. - Establish and maintain the Property Management Database structure page for newly purchased communication facilities and input zoning data. - Maintain “Letter of Appreciation” Program. - Zoning Applications - Project management for sites requiring zoning approval renewals using CRM Zoning software. - Conduct research to obtain appropriate Code of Ordinance requirements for the construction, ongoing collocation or modification opportunities for communication facilities. - Assist with preparation of all necessary zoning applications and supporting documentation including written site description, justification for site plans and sketches, map, photo simulations and public hearing notification. - Coordinate with jurisdiction as necessary. - Prepare drafts of zoning correspondence to jurisdictions. - Requests for zoning information for tower modifications, i.e. Drop/Swap, Lighting Changes, Tower Extensions, and Compound Expansions. - Conduct research to obtain appropriate jurisdiction requirements for proposed changes to include lighting, fencing and permitting requirements. - Additional Compliance Department Responsibilities - Manage the Zoning CRM system for zoning approval renewals and zoning actions. - Manage outside consultants during zoning processes. - Review existing Land Development and Zoning Code regulations from municipalities across the United States. - Perform analysis of wireless telecommunication facilities ordinances. - Assist with conducting site research and prepare analysis report related to zoning and land use viability of tower sites. - Address inquiries from other departments related to planning and zoning matters. - Miscellaneous - Create forms to track status of sites. - Provide administrative assistance such as check requests, Federal Express preparation, etc. - Create electronic copies of non-user friendly jurisdiction zoning applications. - Other projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications - H.S. Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 0-2 years customer service/administrative support experience. - Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook. • Process semi-monthly and monthly payroll for employees across multiple countries in a timely manner per payroll processing schedule • Verify earnings and deductions for overtime, bank of hours, on-call payments, commissions, equity transactions, discretionary bonus, garnishments, social security, income tax, etc. • Responsible for processing all off-cycle payrolls where needed • Provide general guidance to non-senior payroll positions • Reconcile and resolve complex processing and employee pay issues • Audit payroll calculations prior to transmission for any inaccuracies utilizing lateral payroll reports • Month-end close checklist to update vacation metrics, and government reporting sites, and maintain payroll department backup files • Monitor payroll tax reporting to ensure compliance with appropriate governmental agencies • Assist in company audits, regulatory and general ledger inquiries from internal and external auditors • Ensure payroll reporting and payments are compliant with IFRS at international locations • Research and respond to inquiries from employees, managers or external sources, providing input and guidance for resolution of payroll related issues • Generate Business Intelligence Reports daily to ensure employees are paid correctly in the system and calculating retro pay when necessary • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll files, systems, and reports in compliance with various governmental regulations • Maintain payroll transaction records such as hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, leave of absences, and employee statistics for reporting and audit purposes • Process and prepare special payrolls, including stock option exercises, bonus payouts and garnishments with the proper approvals • Research pay information for employees, management, government agencies, which may include running reports or searching through payroll registers, year-end tax documents and filing, and reports • Collaborate with various stakeholders to include Human Resources (HR), accounting, treasury, internal auditing, and other teams • Work with Stock Administration, Legal, Tax and HR Department in the administration of payroll and equity related issues • Ensure timekeeping entries are accurate prior to processing and consult where needed • Responsible for resolving issues regarding direct deposits, employee payments, and vendor payments • Import data into systems and balance as required for accurate processing • Resolve and reconcile any General Ledger discrepancies • Serve as a payroll subject matter expert and provide support to payroll system users • Other projects and duties as assigned.

The Payroll Analyst Senior is responsible for processing multiple company payrolls with accuracy and timeliness using Workday Payroll. This role ensures that all payroll reports, audits, and tax filings are thoroughly completed and consistently comply with all relevant government regulations. Experience with AI‑enabled payroll tools or agents is a plus. This position supports the execution of payroll operations for the US but will gain knowledge and experience in international payroll as work allows. The role emphasizes the high-quality execution of recurring payroll processes and the support of medium-complexity projects that align with the team’s key objectives. As a Payroll Analyst Senior, collaboration with teammates as well as cross-functional partners is essential to ensure payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and overall team member satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Execute end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. payroll cycles (and occasional international processing support), ensuring accurate calculation, review, validation, and on-time completion across multiple locations. - Process certified and/or prevailing wage payrolls as required, including accurate classification, reporting support, and issue resolution for job/costing and compliance needs. - Ensure individual state requirements are met for team members that are on leaves of absence, terminated, etc. and that payroll processing meets all requirements for each state. - Manage payroll calendars and key milestones; coordinate inputs from HR/Benefits/Finance partners and ensure upstream/downstream dependencies are met to maintain a reliable processing cadence. - Review, validate, and reconcile timekeeping, pay inputs, and PTO balances prior to payroll close; analyze exceptions and drive timely corrections. - Research and resolve complex payroll calculations and team member pay issues, including retroactive pay, corrections/adjustments, and payment exceptions (direct deposit issues, lost checks, invalid payments). - Process special payroll items such as bonuses, equity/stock transactions, and garnishments with appropriate approvals; ensure accurate taxation and reporting treatment. - Prepare, reconcile, and analyze payroll registers and audit/business intelligence reports; respond to inquiries from team members, managers, and external parties with accurate guidance and timely resolution. - Ensure payroll reporting, payments, and reconciliations comply with GAAP and applicable federal/state/local regulations; identify risks, recommend controls, and escalate issues appropriately. - Own payroll tax vendor management: set up and maintain tax jurisdictions in Workday and in parallel, work with ADP to set-up ADP Smart Compliance; review payroll tax deposits each payroll, resolve tax filing discrepancies, and manage the preparation of quarterly and year-end filings and year-end forms in Workday and ADP. - Support payroll-related audits (payroll, 401(k), workers’ compensation, and other internal/external audits) by providing documentation, reconciliations, testing support, and timely responses to audit requests. - Maintain payroll system integrity: import/balance payroll-related data, prepare and test EIBs for payroll inputs, provide support to payroll system users, and maintain unemployment rates and related case management within the HCM system. - Post GL jobs and partner with Accounting/Finance on variance analysis and process any required adjustments. - Partner cross-functionally (HRIS, Benefits, Legal, Equity, vendors) to troubleshoot issues and deliver moderately complex payroll projects (e.g., compliance updates, audit preparation, payroll calendar transitions); identify process improvement and automation opportunities and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
