Role Description The Ministry Operations Coordinator provides behind-the-scenes administrative and digital support for our ministry and media clients. This role focuses on website and content audits and updates, routine reporting, digital file management, and general administrative tasks, with some light video and contract support as needed. You’ll help keep projects organized and running smoothly by handling the operational details that support our ministry partnerships. This position can be remote. Responsibilities - Conduct regular website and content audits, checking links, content accuracy, and formatting, and flagging issues to the team. - Pull and update regular reports and stats; maintain tracking spreadsheets and dashboards. - Compile and update lists (e.g., contacts, partners, content lists), format files and keep shared files organized. - Provide general administrative support to ministry and media teams, including file management, data entry, and scheduling support as needed. - Download, upload, and organize video content across platforms; perform minor edits (trimming, simple cleanup) as needed. - Create internal tickets and assist in setting up digital advertising or promotions by entering information and assets provided by the team. - Update PowerPoint presentations and other documents with new copy, images, and stats. - Prepare and format basic contracts using existing templates and track their status as needed. Qualifications - Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. - Comfort using the internet, browser-based tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides). - Willingness and comfort using AI-powered tools (for drafting text, organizing information, or basic edits) with training and clear guidelines. - Ability to learn new software (video tools, reporting dashboards, content systems) with training. - Clear written communication skills; able to follow instructions and document work accurately. - Ability to manage your time, work independently in a remote setting, and support a collaborative team. - Comfort working with faith-based and politically conservative clients and content, regardless of your personal beliefs. - Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. - Prior administrative or digital media experience is helpful but “not required”; training will be provided.
