• Coordinate and track incoming IT support requests and incidents; • Support employees with software tools setup; • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes from the IT side; • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests; • Support administration of Jira, and Confluence, Google Workspace, etc; • Assist with managing user groups, permissions, roles, and spaces; • Help maintain workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting configurations; • Maintain IT inventory, equipment records, and software licenses; • Escalate technical issues to appropriate engineering or infrastructure teams; • Support smooth daily operations of internal tools and workplace technology.

• Work closely with the team to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions. • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical constraints. • Translate business needs into high-level solution concepts, scope documents, and feature lists. • Develop presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for clients. • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are feasible and testable. • Create and maintain project documentation (functional specs, data flow diagrams, system architecture documentation). • Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage conflicting requirements. • Assist in creating Proof of Concepts (PoC) or prototypes when required. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.

• Design product interfaces by proposing solutions for assigned tasks while proactively identifying and recommending improvements beyond the original scope. • Create new and maintain existing design systems and UI kits, ensuring consistency and scalability across products. • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs translate accurately into production. • Follow established AI integration processes within the design workflow and suggest improvements to evolve them further. • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, presenting and defending design decisions and concepts with clear, well-reasoned arguments.

• Own end-to-end delivery of software projects from discovery through launch. • Act as the single point of accountability for scope, timeline, quality, and client satisfaction. • Lead discovery and requirements gathering independently (stakeholder interviews, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes). • Define clear, measurable deliverables and ensure alignment on the definition of done. • Apply a product mindset: challenge assumptions, prioritize based on business value, and optimize scope for timely delivery. • Create engineering-ready documentation (functional specs, API contracts, data models, edge cases). • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) to prototype solutions and accelerate delivery. • Build and manage delivery teams, including staffing, onboarding, and adjusting team composition. • Drive delivery processes (planning, standups, demos, retrospectives) and maintain a well-structured backlog. • Communicate proactively with clients regarding progress, risks, and decisions. • Coordinate QA and UAT processes, validate deliverables, and test critical flows before release.

• Lead the discovery and solution-shaping phase after contract signing, helping clients refine and expand their initial business needs into a clear solution scope. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to uncover business goals, pain points, priorities, and high-value functional opportunities. • Identify and structure follow-up phases, feature extensions, and post-sale solution opportunities aligned with client business objectives. • Translate early client requests and high-level concepts into actionable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation. • Support backlog definition, prioritization, roadmap shaping, and scope decomposition for implementation. • Assess changes in requirements and identify their impact on scope, effort, timelines, and commercial opportunity. • Ensure continuity between what was initially sold, what is further discovered, and what is ultimately handed over to delivery teams. • Contribute to PoC / Discovery / Solution Design initiatives by helping define scope, assumptions, expected outcomes, and business value. • Act as a trusted consultant to clients by proactively recommending solution improvements, optimization opportunities, and future enhancements.

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# / .NET Core • Build and enhance frontend applications using React (Next.js) • Work with Microsoft SQL Server (queries, optimization, data handling) • Implement UI components using Material UI / DevExpress • Develop background jobs and supporting tools in .NET Core • Collaborate with the team on technical solutions and architecture • Participate in deployment and support of the application

• Lead technical delivery by collaborating with product managers and business stakeholders, converting business goals into detailed, executable backend solutions; • Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs using Python and Django; • Architect and maintain PostgreSQL data models, including schema design and migrations; • Build and optimize ETL processes and workflows to support financial operations; • Ensure data quality and compliance standards are met in all integrations and system interactions; • Participate in sprint ceremonies, architectural planning, and technical discussions; • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
