Engagement Specialist

Ruvixx, Inc.

• Lead engagement and build relationships with customers across the MENA region, driving compliance conversations and negotiations. • Analyze complex investigation data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and inform campaign strategy, while ensuring CRM data integrity. • Own the lead development process, refining and implementing strategies to identify and qualify new compliance opportunities. • Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign documentation and playbooks to ensure process consistency and scalability. • Provide strategic analysis and reporting to stakeholders on campaign performance and evolving business needs.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a customer engagement, sales, account management, or business development role.
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer pipelines and report on metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel or equivalents (e.g., Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, with excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must currently reside within the MENA region and have professional proficiency in both French and Arabic to be considered.
