• The Technical Analyst work involves acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring technical solutions. • Translating business requirements into technical artifacts. • Creating clear and easy to understand technical designs, making sure they fit the system’s architecture and can scale as needed. • Writes high-quality code that is clean, logically correct, well-tested, and well-organized, and delivered on time. • Participate in code reviews, providing and incorporating constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across application and database layers • Write, optimize, and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views in Microsoft SQL Server • Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology • Develops server applications using programming languages like Java, C#, C++, etc. • Provide leadership, coaching, and task delegation to junior and mid-level engineers to support skill development and ensure delivery of high-quality work. • Conduct thorough code reviews and assess spike documentation to uphold technical standards, architectural alignment, and best practices. • Design and implement complex, scalable, and maintainable software components in accordance with established architectural guidelines. • Develop comprehensive technical designs and specifications that support both functional and non-functional requirements. • Assist developers in diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, offering expertise to remove blockers and enhance overall solution quality. • Mentor engineers in technical growth and career development, helping them create structured and actionable development roadmaps. • Partner with Product Owners during PI Planning and Sprint Planning to refine requirements, estimate effort, and align technical deliverables with business priorities.
• Conducting security requirements gathering and analysis across application, infrastructure, and cloud components to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and control gaps aligned to NIST 800-53 and IRS Pub 1075 • Performing vulnerability scanning and triage using tools such as Tenable/Nessus, Veracode, and Microsoft Defender, validating findings, prioritizing remediation, and tracking issues through closure • Partnering with product, engineering, and operations teams to embed security into the SDLC, evaluate emerging threats, and provide risk-based feedback that informs design and release decisions
Role Description The Finance Manager is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for driving financial modeling, forecasting, and acquisition support, while also serving as a flexible resource for broader finance and business initiatives. This role serves as the analytical engine of the finance team, supporting both the CFO and VP Controller by delivering insights, building models, and representing Finance in key cross-functional efforts. This is not a traditional accounting role—it is a hybrid FP&A, corporate development support, and business-facing finance role. What You'll Do: - Build, own, and continuously improve forecasting models - Perform monthly variance analysis (revenue, EBITDA, labor, cash flow) - Develop EBITDA bridges and performance narratives - Maintain KPI dashboards: - Net-to-gross % - AR velocity - Margin by client / service line - Enhance 13-week and long-range cash flow forecasting - Support executive and board-level reporting analytics - Identify trends and provide actionable insights - Build acquisition and pro forma models - Support financial diligence (data normalization, analysis) - Assist in investment memos and deal summaries - Track acquisition pipeline and key metrics - Support post-close performance tracking vs underwriting - Assist VP Controller with key consolidation and reporting schedules - Support monthly financial reporting package - Assist with audit and lender reporting schedules - Contribute to reporting efficiency and process improvements - Take ownership of ad hoc finance-related requests, including regulatory and government surveys, data requests, and internal reporting needs - Represent the Finance function in cross-functional meetings and initiatives, gathering information, providing financial perspective, and reporting key insights back to Finance leadership - Support special projects as directed by the CFO and VP Controller, including process improvements, system initiatives, and operational analyses - Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to step into areas outside of core responsibilities to support broader business needs Qualifications - 4–6 years of experience - Background in: - Public accounting (preferred) - FP&A, transaction advisory, or investment banking - Strong understanding of financial statements - Advanced Excel modeling skills (must be able to build models from scratch) - Experience with forecasting and variance analysis - CPA or CPA-track preferred - Strong analytical and structured thinker - Ownership mentality; self-starter - Comfortable operating in ambiguity - Strong communication skills (able to represent Finance in meetings) - Detail-oriented with sound business judgment - Low ego, high accountability Benefits - Competitive pay with ample opportunities for professional growth - Fully remote position with a stable Monday–Friday schedule - Collaborative, performance-driven environment with expert leadership - Mission-driven work supporting essential healthcare services - Recognition as a nationally respected leader in healthcare revenue management Physical Requirements - Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods - Ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 15 pounds What to Expect When You Apply Our hiring process is designed to find exceptional candidates. • Define RSI’s AI vision and roadmap • Establish responsible AI usage guidelines and guardrails • Deploy AI tools and workflow redesign that measurably improves throughput, quality, and cost • Lead cross-functional change management to drive real adoption—from executives to individual developers and delivery teams • Create and maintain a 6-12–24 month AI roadmap across engineering, delivery, and business operations, with clear milestones and measurable outcomes • Establish an ROI model and prioritize initiatives using value, feasibility, risk, and time-to-impact • Assess current product development workflows and identify high-leverage AI opportunities • Secure patterns for using AI with sensitive code and client data constraints • Build repeatable automation patterns including internal copilots / agents for SOPs, policy Q&A, and ticket triage • Deliver training and playbooks tailored to RSI roles
• Providing guidance to Delivery Teams for large scale data conversion initiatives. • Providing conversion design and development for entities and accounts, financials, cases, images, and other miscellaneous data sources • Working closely with Functional SMEs to establish conversion procedures that adhere to system configurations • Establishing approach (templates, methods, standards, questionnaires, etc…) for Conversion activities • Negotiating scope and creating creative solutions to meet functionality with limited change • Providing design guidance/approach for the most complex decisions within Conversion • Escalation point for design issues
