RMI

• Provide medical and occupational health services to authorized employees and contractors during clinic office hours • Undertake appropriate clinical assessments, examinations, and fitness-for-duty evaluations • Manage patient data using RMI or client-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate medical records • Conduct ongoing monitoring of employees exposed to occupational hazards and perform regular health check-ups • Administer job-required vaccines and coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and first aid services • Stabilize, manage, and monitor patients during emergency illnesses or injuries until transporting services arrive • Maintain clinic readiness with appropriate medicines, equipment, and consumables in compliance with technical checks

• Provide urgent and emergency care for all workers in the client worksite • Maintain up-to-date, accurate, individual medical records utilizing a computer based medical record system • Ensure that critical medical supplies and equipment are pre-packed and available for emergency use at dispersed sites or during patient transport • Participate in simulation exercises organized by Client

• Provide advice and medical treatment for primary health care, general practice, and emergency situations in accordance with prevailing protocols and scope of practice. • Complete RMI and client reporting requirements accurately for individual projects. • Conduct detailed patient assessments and communicate professionally via telephony with supervising physicians as an independent, remote professional. • Undertake medical escort duties and maintain medical center facilities to meet RMI and industry standards. • Interview patients regarding medical history, current problems, medications, and allergies while updating electronic health records (EHR). • Participate in patient treatment regimens under physician supervision via telemedicine, including administering medications, routine immunizations, nebulizer treatments, and visual acuity testing. • Facilitate patient referrals, perform administrative triage, maintain exam room inventory, and participate in training new personnel.

• Remain available throughout agreed hours of coverage for contact by the RMI GCC. • Deploy to pre-defined medical facilities in area of operation to meet and greet RMI patient within 1 hour of notification from GCC. • Work in conjunction with the GCC to ensure that payment methods have been agreed with the receiving medical facility. • Act as a mediator between medical facility and GCC. • Ensure swift access to care for RMI patients, responding to problems in a pragmatic and professional manner to resolve as quickly as possible. • Provide translation from local dialect to English in both verbal and written forms. • Deploy to medical facilities daily when a protracted in-patient stay occurs. • Manage the welfare of patients through any admission to a medical facility, ensuring that the patient is comfortable. • Establish working relationships with treating physicians and provide timely updates to the GCC.

• Perform regular inspections and audits of pipeline facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations • Identify and document potential hazards and safety risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary • Conduct safety meetings and trainings, educating employees on best practices and safety procedures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety policies and procedures • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identifying root causes and recommending preventive measures • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports related to safety inspections and incidents • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in safety regulations, ensuring continuous compliance and improvement • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives, recommending enhancements when needed • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding safety issues and concerns • Foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability within the organization

• Provides advice and medical treatment for primary health care, general practice, and emergency situations as dictated by prevailing protocols and scope of practice. • Completes RMI and client reporting requirements as noted within each individual project and/or client. • Demonstrates extremely strong attention to detail regarding patient assessments as this position is acting as an independent and remote professional communicating via telephony with the supervising physicians. • Undertakes medical escort duties as required. • Maintains medical center facilities in accordance with RMI and prevailing standards. • Represents RMI in a professional manner at all times. • Maintains current professional certifications, as designated for assigned projects. • Other duties as required. • Interviews patient about current problems, medications, and allergies and reviews electronic health record for pertinent previous and current information. • Communicates regularly via telephony and internet with physicians and Advanced Practitioners to determine a course of action for a given presentation. • Participates in patient treatment regimen, including administering medications (under the supervision of a physician via telemedicine consultation). • Establishes and documents patient treatment regimen in electronic health record under supervision of the remote physician and implements treatment. • May participate in occasional off-site travel in company vehicle to respond to requests for service for minor ailments and work-site injuries as requested by the client. • Performs routine immunizations, nebulizer treatments, and visual acuity testing, and administers and reads tests as appropriate and if permitted. • Performs other clinical taskings as directed after appropriate physician-led training (i.e., steri-strip wound covering). • Maintains adequate inventory of examination room supplies and prepares exam rooms at the beginning and end of day and between each patient contact. • Performs a variety of office responsibilities: answers phone and takes messages and performs triage within scope of practice in an accurate and timely manner. • Facilitates and assists in the coordination of patient referrals. • Participates in the orientation and training of new personnel

• Responsible for finding top candidates for technical positions who encompass RMIs vision and culture • Recruiting field associates by creating a deep pipeline of candidates using a variety of internet and networking resources as well as associate referrals • Assist with the design and implementation of recruiting strategies for assigned requisitions by partnering closely with leadership and management to drive an efficient recruiting process • Prepare and publish compelling job postings to appropriate boards, forums, websites, etc. following RMIs posting guidelines • Continuously monitor new applications for active and passive opportunities and reply to applicants in a timely manner • Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to gauge interest, overall competency, qualifications and salary • Maintain current and accurate records using RMIs applicant tracking system, ensuring application and requisition statuses are up to date at all times

• Providing and ensuring clinical compliance, knowledge and quality across the business. • Quality Assurance: Review for appropriate treatment, recordability designation, and policy/protocol compliance. • Complete full, in-depth chart review and report alongside Medical Director when required. • Clinical Onboarding Scheduling and completion of clinical interviews and onboardings for new and returning employees including deployment of Electronic Health Record and Communication system. • Continuous review and improvement of interviewing, onboarding, and other training processes. • Field staff support Liaising daily as needed, responding to queries. • Active participation in the creation and presentation of Clinical Operations led staff meetings. • Update, maintain, and administer Emwerx documentation system. • Employee management (add and remove as necessary). • Assist with client facing presentations and literature Including but not limited to quarterly data compilation and interpretation, case highlights, health campaign review, and fact sheet preparation. Other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for providing emergency and routine medical care at offshore worksites. • Ensure clinic readiness and support health and safety compliance. • Manage medical emergencies and maintain accurate records. • Perform equipment checks and participate in drills.
