• Remain available throughout agreed hours of coverage for contact by the RMI GCC. • Deploy to pre-defined medical facilities in area of operation to meet and greet RMI patient within 1 hour of notification from GCC. • Work in conjunction with the GCC to ensure that payment methods have been agreed with the receiving medical facility. • Act as a mediator between medical facility and GCC. • Ensure swift access to care for RMI patients, responding to problems in a pragmatic and professional manner to resolve as quickly as possible. • Provide translation from local dialect to English in both verbal and written forms. • Deploy to medical facilities daily when a protracted in-patient stay occurs. • Manage the welfare of patients through any admission to a medical facility, ensuring that the patient is comfortable. • Establish working relationships with treating physicians and provide timely updates to the GCC.

• Provides advice and medical treatment for primary health care, general practice, and emergency situations as dictated by prevailing protocols and scope of practice. • Completes RMI and client reporting requirements as noted within each individual project and/or client. • Demonstrates extremely strong attention to detail regarding patient assessments as this position is acting as an independent and remote professional communicating via telephony with the supervising physicians. • Undertakes medical escort duties as required. • Maintains medical center facilities in accordance with RMI and prevailing standards. • Represents RMI in a professional manner at all times. • Maintains current professional certifications, as designated for assigned projects. • Other duties as required. • Interviews patient about current problems, medications, and allergies and reviews electronic health record for pertinent previous and current information. • Communicates regularly via telephony and internet with physicians and Advanced Practitioners to determine a course of action for a given presentation. • Participates in patient treatment regimen, including administering medications (under the supervision of a physician via telemedicine consultation). • Establishes and documents patient treatment regimen in electronic health record under supervision of the remote physician and implements treatment. • May participate in occasional off-site travel in company vehicle to respond to requests for service for minor ailments and work-site injuries as requested by the client. • Performs routine immunizations, nebulizer treatments, and visual acuity testing, and administers and reads tests as appropriate and if permitted. • Performs other clinical taskings as directed after appropriate physician-led training (i.e., steri-strip wound covering). • Maintains adequate inventory of examination room supplies and prepares exam rooms at the beginning and end of day and between each patient contact. • Performs a variety of office responsibilities: answers phone and takes messages and performs triage within scope of practice in an accurate and timely manner. • Facilitates and assists in the coordination of patient referrals. • Participates in the orientation and training of new personnel
