Clinical Operations Coordinator
RMI
• Providing and ensuring clinical compliance, knowledge and quality across the business. • Quality Assurance: Review for appropriate treatment, recordability designation, and policy/protocol compliance. • Complete full, in-depth chart review and report alongside Medical Director when required. • Clinical Onboarding Scheduling and completion of clinical interviews and onboardings for new and returning employees including deployment of Electronic Health Record and Communication system. • Continuous review and improvement of interviewing, onboarding, and other training processes. • Field staff support Liaising daily as needed, responding to queries. • Active participation in the creation and presentation of Clinical Operations led staff meetings. • Update, maintain, and administer Emwerx documentation system. • Employee management (add and remove as necessary). • Assist with client facing presentations and literature Including but not limited to quarterly data compilation and interpretation, case highlights, health campaign review, and fact sheet preparation. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of health services or delivery of health care
- Valid and up to date licensure/certification in relevant healthcare field; including but not limited to Registered Nurse, Paramedic, and HSE Offshore Medic
- Experience working in the offshore energy/maritime space preferred but not essential
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, general computer & technology literacy.
