Role Description As an Area Sales Manager at Rockpanel, you will: - Proactively develop project opportunities and take responsibility for specifications and sales in Sweden. - Inspire architects, structural engineers, and contractors in the project market. - Create strong cooperation with building material merchants in the distribution channel. - Ensure Rockpanel’s solutions are used in as many construction projects as possible. - Follow the sales process from initial inspiration and project meetings to installation of the specified façade product. Qualifications - 2+ years of sales experience and insight into the construction project industry, with a network of architects and contractors. - A degree in construction or architectural design would be preferred. - Experience traveling to customers and presenting design/solutions. - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, at business level. - Experience with CRM systems. - Technical knowledge of structures, façades, or other design solutions is an advantage. Your Future Team You'll join a passionate South Central Sales Team, responsible for increasing market share with a primarily commercial building material focus. Role Description Grodan, a division of ROCKWOOL Group, is seeking a Commercial Account Manager, based in Vancouver with a territory of British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan, to join our growing team. This position reports to the Commercial Sales Director for North America and has no direct reports. This is a remote role requiring 15% travel. In this role, you will: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners within the greenhouse industry. - Nurture and build sales within the Hydroponic Vegetable and Cannabis markets. - Work closely with a talented team of Supply Chain, Customer Service and Marketing professionals. - Identify opportunities, formulate strategic goals and market approaches, and create sales action plans. - Sell products and services using technical, organizational, and client/market knowledge. - Assist clients in applying the products/services to their needs. - Achieve sales goals (invoiced sales, price increases, EBIT, and market share). - Develop and foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients (A/B), dealers, and important influencers. - Manage a portfolio of clients including key account management. - Maintain and update CRM software on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy. - Remain current in market knowledge, update and give pro-active feedback regarding new developments and opportunities. - Identify and report progress and discuss threats, opportunities, and corrective actions.
