Role Description As an Area Sales Manager at Rockpanel, you will: - Proactively develop project opportunities and take responsibility for specifications and sales in Sweden. - Inspire architects, structural engineers, and contractors in the project market. - Create strong cooperation with building material merchants in the distribution channel. - Ensure Rockpanel’s solutions are used in as many construction projects as possible. - Follow the sales process from initial inspiration and project meetings to installation of the specified façade product. Qualifications - 2+ years of sales experience and insight into the construction project industry, with a network of architects and contractors. - A degree in construction or architectural design would be preferred. - Experience traveling to customers and presenting design/solutions. - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, at business level. - Experience with CRM systems. - Technical knowledge of structures, façades, or other design solutions is an advantage. Requirements - Strong communication skills and an interest in building technology and design. - Active and proactive in the sales process. - Ability to think independently and present the right customer solutions. - Patience required for long-term projects and processes. - Self-driven and able to communicate with different target groups. - Team player who achieves sales results by being a credible and professional partner. - Energetic, motivated, and committed to ensuring security and quality for the customer.
