Role Overview We are searching for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about Roblox and thrives in detail. You will be responsible for classifying content based on a specific set of guidelines to help us improve Roblox systems. As a Human Evaluator you will have the opportunity to provide us direct feedback on the performance of various products across the company. You will: - Classify content based on a set of instructions - Content classification includes the review and classification of text, image, video, and audio - Track and document insights and trends related to annotation projects - Test out new features and provide detailed feedback - Become an expert in a variety of topics to enable more accurate evaluations - Dedicate between 25-29 hours per week with a work schedule from Monday to Friday You have: - In-depth understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community. - Strong gaming experience and ability to adapt to a variety of gaming environments - Thorough knowledge of the Roblox Avatar Marketplace - Insight into current trends within the platform - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated patience for repetitive tasks and attention to detail - Effective time management skills - Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio. - Fluency in a second language is a plus Nice to Have - At least 1+ years of experience developing on Roblox or other creation platforms. - Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio. - Proficiency with Lua, xml and sql - Fluency in a second language, such as: Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian - Prior experience with content moderation or data annotation. - A deep passion for gaming trends and the Roblox community ecosystem. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page. • As an Engineer II You contribute meaningfully to the success of one or more projects or products, helping drive positive outcomes. • You demonstrate proficiency and specialized skill in one or more key technologies relevant to the team’s goals. • You accurately scope, estimate, design, and deliver medium-to-large features while actively reducing technical debt across projects or products. • You proactively support and collaborate with team members, fostering a positive and productive team environment. • You adhere to established team processes, ensuring a steady and reliable delivery of features to production. • Test Automation and QA execution: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust test automation frameworks and scripts. • Write, execute, and evaluate test cases to target areas of most risk, and provide testing metrics. • Implement automated testing of various features across multiple systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the software testing process. • Independently developing performance, functional, behavioral, API, and 508 (any as needed) test scripts using applicable tools, create test scenarios and execute tests. • Defect Management and Quality Strategy: Collaborate closely with software developers to identify and fix software bugs and defects. • Assist in defining and implementing strategies for integration and system testing. • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and communicate QA/Testing requirements. • Agile Team Participation: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the team. • CI/CD & DevOps Integration: Contribute to the creation of a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment. • Code Quality & Architectural Alignment: Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. • Planning & Delivery Support: Assist in the estimation, prioritization, and planning of development tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Documentation & Maintenance: Document and maintain the functionality of test cases and automation scripts.

• Assist in designing test plans, write, execute test cases for functional and/ or performance testing within the domain assigned • Perform both guided and exploratory manual test executions following established processes • Work as a member of the scrum team including planning, estimating, and verifying user stories and acceptance criteria • Key contributor to the future growth and leadership of a small team of QA Engineers • Develop strong expertise in the assigned domain area • Effectively communicate status, metrics, and issues on a regular basis • Understanding and complying of/ to Informatics practices • Assist in creating test summary reports of high quality, written language and content. • Become a user expert on how our products work, gaining an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses; and championing customer issues in order to ensure they have a positive experience

• Test assigned stories for acceptance criteria and regression testing while utilizing a continuous “test to break it” approach • Participate in Sprint ceremonies based upon assigned initiatives • Participate in QA Community of Practice • Consider automation and work with sister teams to help implement, test and communicate updated scripts • Perform overall risk analysis for assigned testing stories • Escalate barriers to completion to Manager • Creation of dashboard and documentation necessary as required by the testing scope of requested initiatives • Manage internal and external customer expectations and other Navitus stakeholder expectations • Assume accountability for providing & improving quality testing metrics associated with projects, portfolios and IT departments • Other duties as assigned
