• Diseñar y mantener pipelines de datos en plataformas cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure u otras) • Desarrollar y evaluar modelos de machine learning para casos de uso de producto • Experimentar con LLMs, embeddings y retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) • Construir prototipos y features de ML integrables a productos • Implementar, monitorear y versionar modelos en producción siguiendo buenas prácticas de MLOps • Colaborar con equipos de producto y desarrollo para llevar soluciones de IA a producción
Job Requirements
- Experiencia sólida en data science, machine learning aplicado o data engineering
- Dominio de Python y SQL
- Experiencia con plataformas cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure u otras)
- Experiencia con LLMs, embeddings, vector search o RAG
- Experiencia construyendo productos o features basadas en ML
- Capacidad para integrar modelos y pipelines con APIs y sistemas conectados, incluyendo consumo de datos externos y orquestación de servicios
- Conocimientos en despliegue, monitoreo y versionado de modelos
- Capacidad para trabajar con datasets grandes y construir pipelines reproducibles

Role Description - Help build and lead a great data science team to deliver world-class products. - Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our core products. - Partner with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities. - Inform, influence, support, and execute our product decisions. - Mine massive amounts of data and extract useful product insights. - Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products. - Manage development of data resources, gather requirements, organize sources, and support product launches while keeping the team accountable and impactful. - Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. allowed.
