• You will own the modeling workstreams that sit at the core of how WorldWinner understands and serves its players. • Fair matching algorithm — modeling and improving skill-based player matching to create competitive, satisfying game experiences. • Skill ranking system — developing and refining the rating framework that underpins player progression and matchmaking. • Predictive LTV — building models that forecast player lifetime value to inform acquisition, targeting, and monetization decisions. • Churn prediction — identifying at-risk players and surfacing actionable signals for retention intervention. • Mixed marketing model (MMM) — measuring the incremental impact of marketing spend across channels. • Additional modeling projects driven by product and business priorities.

Role Description - Help build and lead a great data science team to deliver world-class products. - Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our core products. - Partner with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities. - Inform, influence, support, and execute our product decisions. - Mine massive amounts of data and extract useful product insights. - Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products. - Manage development of data resources, gather requirements, organize sources, and support product launches while keeping the team accountable and impactful. - Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. allowed. Qualifications - Requires Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Information Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. - Experience must include 2 years of experience in each of the following: - Managing other team members in a formal or informal capacity. - Quantitative analysis at a technology company, consulting, investment banking, or product management including experience with SQL or other programming languages. - Initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance. - Communicating and representing results of analysis to senior leadership. - Communicating the results of analyses to leadership teams to influence the strategy. - Applied statistics or experimentation, including A/B testing, in an industry setting. Requirements - $244,233/year to $284,900/year + bonus + equity + benefits.

• Lead a team to build cutting-edge machine learning models for our personal loan and credit card acquisition credit strategies (Underwriting/Line Assignment/Pricing) , as well as card credit management programs, such as credit line management, transaction fraud, payment fraud etc. • Apply your knowledge in data, modeling, and in-depth business expertise to design and develop critical ML/AI models to drive the growth of the business • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the entire modeling cycle including model design, development, evaluation, validation, and performance tracking • Evaluate third party solutions with strong business acumen to deliver results with high ROI • Demonstrate exceptional business communication skills to translate complex modeling work into tangible business results • Lead by example to show passion and enthusiasm towards new challenges and never cease to challenge the status quo
