• Lead Agentforce discovery workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and assess solution fit. • Define agent care plans, success metrics, adoption strategies, and implementation roadmaps. • Architect Agentforce solutions, including: - Agents and sub-agents - Topics - Actions (Apex, Flow, Prompt-based, and Invocable Actions) - Instructions and orchestration • Design grounding strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embedding and chunking techniques, and retrieval optimization for both structured and unstructured data. • Design scalable Salesforce platform architectures, including: - Data model - Sharing and visibility model - Security architecture • Develop solution extensions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow. • Produce technical architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and executive presentations. • Establish architectural governance, implementation standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, reusability, and compliance with Agentforce platform guardrails. • Collaborate with delivery teams, data engineers, integration architects, and enterprise stakeholders across multi-system environments, including ERP, CRM, middleware, and external AI services. • Support pre-sales initiatives by contributing to solution design, effort estimation, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) development. • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
