Role Description We're searching for a Germany-based Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services team, so that we can successfully deliver large and complex Workforce Management SaaS implementation projects across the German healthcare market. The Senior Project Manager will take full accountability for planning, steering and delivering projects on time, on budget and in line with scope, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and successful adoption of our solutions in hospitals and the wider healthcare environment. - Taking full ownership for planning and delivery of large SaaS implementation projects to drive successful outcomes in the hospital and wider healthcare environment. - Setting up and running clear project governance, including steering committees, status reporting and decision forums, in order to keep internal and external stakeholders aligned throughout the project life cycle. - Managing scope, change requests, budget and costs to ensure the contract and statement of work are reflected in the actual delivery, while providing transparent financial reporting and highlighting deviations early. - Identifying risks at an early stage, defining mitigation actions and managing escalations in a structured way in order to safeguard delivery quality and customer satisfaction. - Collaborating closely with Technical Delivery on complex rules, integrations, time capture devices and data migration workstreams, and reporting on project status, risks and decisions at management and executive level in German and English. Qualifications - Fluency in both German and English. - At least 8 years of experience in project or program management for enterprise software or SaaS implementations, with a strong hands-on mindset. - Proven success in managing complex, large projects with long durations and multiple stakeholder groups, ideally across several workstreams for program roles. - In-depth knowledge of German labour law in healthcare, including collective agreements and hospital-specific tariff frameworks (e.g. TVoD/TVL, local agreements), together with a solid understanding of clinical workflows, staffing models and the realities of care delivery. - Ability to travel to key customer meetings depending on the project phase, with negotiation-level written and spoken German and working proficiency in English for international contexts. - Sincere interest in healthcare transformation, workforce management, and driving measurable outcomes for hospitals and their staff. - A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional delivery environments, applying scope and change management, budget and cost tracking, and structured risk and escalation management with confidence at executive level.
