We’re searching for a UK-based Industry Solution Director to join our GCS Maritime engagement team, so that we can deepen strategic relationships, drive complex account growth, and expand RLDatix solutions across Offshore engineering and cruise sectors globally. In this role you will use your sector knowledge and industry experience to build and execute a plan to engage with the sector to build pipeline and deliver sales of our crew management and operational readiness platform. You’ll combine deep sector knowledge with technical and commercial acumen to define solutions to operational readiness challenges facing the maritime sector globally. This will include identifying key partners to deliver our solutions, engage with industry organisations and thought leaders to maximise long term value across mature and strategically significant accounts. How You’ll Spend Your Time - Acting as a trusted commercial partner and solution provider for maritime clients and prospects, applying a strong understanding of maritime crewing operations to offer effective solutions that address meaningful operational workforce challenges. - Leveraging your professional network to generate engagement and pipeline activity, increasing awareness and understanding of our crew management and operational readiness capabilities. - Engaging clients to diagnose operational, workforce, and readiness challenges, translating these into practical, value-led solutions that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and commercial outcomes. - Working closely with the marketing team to build and mature a healthy sales pipeline, generating new opportunities across the maritime, offshore, and defence-adjacent sectors and progressing them through the sales lifecycle. - Establishing and nurturing senior-level relationships with marine, offshore, and cruise industry decision-makers to expand pipeline, strengthen partnerships, increase customer retention, and enable long-term account growth. - Designing and executing tailored account strategies that address complex operational challenges and optimise adoption of the Government & Commercial solutions portfolio across maritime and defence-influenced environments. - Using your knowledge of maritime, and offshore market drivers and capability needs to identify new opportunities for our solution portfolio within your assigned sector. - Supporting revenue growth through consultative, solution-led selling, including presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations; previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential. - Working with the maritime sector solution architect to deliver compelling solution demonstrations, briefings, and technical workshops, tailored to complex maritime business challenges, governance models, and acquisition processes - Leading or contributing to competitive tender and bid activity, developing high-quality proposals, reusable bid content, and solution narratives to maximise win rates across both new and existing clients. - Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure joined-up solution delivery and consistent, high-quality outcomes for strategic opportunities and key accounts. What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having - Proven experience in generating new business in enterprise SaaS solution sales, ideally within maritime, shipping, cruise, or other maritime adjacent sectors. - Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise account portfolios, securing senior-level buy-in, and driving sustainable revenue growth. - In-depth knowledge of crew planning, resource optimisation, and digital transformation in regulated or high-assurance environments. - Strong understanding of international maritime legislation. - Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate complex decision-making landscapes, and build long-term strategic partnerships. - Experience delivering tailored solution demonstrations, managing competitive tenders, and positioning differentiated SaaS solutions. - Ability to travel regularly across the UK and Europe while being UK-based. - A genuine interest in improving safety, efficiency, and outcomes within maritime, and mission-critical organisations. - A knack for working independently while collaborating cross-functionally within a fast-growing, global, matrixed environment. What Success Looks Like in This Role - Establish RLDatix Government & Commercial Solutions team as the leading provider of operational readiness solutions in the offshore sector. - Lead new business and strategic account growth initiatives aligned with RLDatix’s maritime sector vision. - Influence senior offshore and cruise industry stakeholders to drive adoption of RLDatix solutions. - Achieve annual revenue, new business and account expansion targets through innovative solution delivery.

GENERAL FUNCTION Leads and develops a team responsible for workforce planning, scheduling, and onboarding operations for employed doctors (ODs). Owns strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of OD labor planning, forecasting, and onboarding processes, while performing select hands-on planning and scheduling activities as needed.
