Qualifications - Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 2+ years of operational experience in freight forwarding, preferably within offshore, marine, or project logistics environments. - Solid understanding of import and export processes, including documentation, bills of lading, delivery orders, and customs requirements. - Exposure to project cargo, heavy-lift, out-of-gauge, or time-critical shipments is a strong asset. - Familiarity with offshore and marine operations, including coordination with ports, terminals, or vessel operators, is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across international teams and stakeholders. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and accountability. - Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support broader operational objectives. - Strong numerical and analytical skills, including freight calculations and unit conversions. - Working knowledge of international trade principles, including practical application of Incoterms. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, operational environment. - Flexibility to work across time zones and support operational requirements as needed. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams. - Experience with logistics or shipment management systems is an asset. - Willingness to work extended hours when required to support project timelines. - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required.
