Role Description The Environmental Manager is responsible for ensuring environmental rigor and compliance for Reworld's 3 Material Processing Facilities (MPFs). This position will drive effective internal management programs and partner with the local site leadership team and peers within the region. Key Responsibilities: - Assesses moderately complex environmental risks, opportunities, and potential impacts on stakeholder priorities, or strategy. - Develops workable strategies to mitigate/eliminate compliance risks and provides recommendations to Director and/or business partners as required. - Actively advances sustainability efforts through frequent benchmarking both internally and externally to identify best practices, consistent with and in support of the Environmental and Sustainability strategy, to be applied effectively throughout the organization. - Supports internal communication strategy that builds and maintains awareness of Environmental and Sustainability values, strategies, and performance; develops talent; and recognizes high performance. - Supports leaders to promote proactive workplace Environmental and Sustainability practices. - Analyze new and complex business projects against current and anticipated future regulatory requirements and provide practical, workable solutions to the business. - Work with sites to ensure compliance by providing interpretations and guidance, assisting with the preparation of and ongoing maintenance of environmental licenses and permits, providing review and feedback regarding non-routine environmental reporting and communications, and conducting site audits and compliance reviews. - Keep up-to-date with regulatory activities and environmental issues and provide input on proposed laws and regulations affecting the Company and provide compliance updates and training to site personnel. - Maintains and continuously improves environmental results by supporting a culture of open idea exchange and lean mindset. - Provides operational/tactical leadership to complex Environmental audit, inspection and risk assessment processes. - Using full knowledge of Environmental practices and standards, reviews, analyzes and interprets audit results, to confirm Environmental standards are met. - Provide leadership and guidance concerning sustainability programs in a fast paced, cross functional and highly collaborative environment. - Prioritize initiatives and resources to maximize effectiveness. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Affairs or other Environmental related fields. - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or an industrial related field. - 5 years environmental or other applicable regulatory affairs experience. - Comprehensive and advanced knowledge and understanding of relevant technical requirements and regulatory compliance including Air Permitting and regulatory reporting (CAA, NPDES, SARA, RCRA, SPCC). - Knowledge of air permitting requirements and air pollution abatement and control measures for production processes and equipment. - Knowledge of storm water permitting requirements and related reporting requirements. - Demonstrated understanding of the relationship between business activities and relevant regulatory state, local and regulatory requirements. - Proven ability to use critical thinking skills and rigorous logic and methods to solve challenging issues with effective solutions related to regulatory compliance. - Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to effectively address complex matters. Role Description The Senior Integration Manager is responsible for end-to-end integration governance, and value realization across acquisitions, ensuring disciplined execution through a tollgate-based integration model. This role leads cross-functional integration efforts, owns synergy delivery and risk management, and establishes a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence principles. They operate at both strategic and execution levels, ensuring integrations deliver business outcomes—not just task completion. Role Description The Technical Service Specialist serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, and operations to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. This position combines customer support expertise with technical knowledge of waste management, regulatory compliance, and disposal processes. The Technical Service Specialist supports the Sales team in growing and retaining business by providing accurate technical guidance, resolving customer issues, and ensuring waste profiles, manifests, and documentation are completed correctly and on time. They are expected to upsell their sales managers' book of business through relationship building with their sales managers' customer base. Essential Functions - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and sales managers regarding waste disposal inquiries, pricing requests, and service coordination. - Assist Sales in managing and expanding their book of business through proactive communication, follow-up, and customer relationship management. - Develop a strong understanding of each customer’s waste streams, operations, and service needs to identify opportunities for improved service or new offerings. - Coordinate new customer onboarding, including profile creation, documentation review, and approval. - Review and interpret laboratory analysis, SDSs, and other waste characterization documents to ensure proper classification and disposal methods. - Prepare and submit waste profiles for approval in accordance with facility acceptance criteria and regulatory standards. - Ensure all waste streams are managed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (EPA, DOT, RCRA, TSCA). - Provide guidance to customers on container types, labeling, transportation, and documentation requirements. - Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Logistics, Billing, Compliance) to ensure timely and accurate waste pickup, transportation, and disposal. - Troubleshoot service issues such as scheduling delays, profile discrepancies, or incomplete documentation. - Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and waste tracking systems. - Support project management for special waste streams or large disposal events. - Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through responsive communication and problem-solving. - Act as an advocate for customers within the organization, ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded. - Identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Assist with internal and external audits related to waste management documentation. - Travel to visit Reworld Facilities and customer accounts on at least a quarterly basis with assigned Sales Manager(s). - Other duties as assigned. Role Description The Solutions Sales Manager will be based in the Greater Waterloo/Guelph or Greater London region and cover the Western Ontario market. About the role What You'll Do and Who You'll Work With: Reporting directly to the Director of Electrical Engineering, the Principal Engineer will be responsible for: 1. Electrical engineering design aspects of capital projects, facility upgrades 2. Electrical design support for Planned outages, and design requirements related to equipment troubleshooting 3. Business development/expansion projects at various operating facilities. This position will also lead, manage and execute multiple electrical projects/programs in the network. The Engineer will provide subject matter expertise and lead cross functional teams while driving technical standardization as a guardian of certain Electrical Design Standards for Reworld. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Design (Core Responsibility) - Independently Develop/Review/Approve Electrical System Design documents including One Line/Three Line Diagrams, Control Schematics, Wiring diagrams, Arc Flash, Short Circuit & Voltage Drop Calculations, Coordination Studies. - Develop scope of work for Electrical AE firms and coordinate with suppliers and contractors. - Plans design tasks so both the design and construction will be achieved within budget constraints and schedule. - May assume the duties of technical lead and subject matter expert for small to medium capital programs. - Electrical Design scope includes System Design, Scope Development, Engineering Calculations, Specifications, and Risk Assessments for HV, MV systems (Switchgears, transformers, Motor Control Centers, Relay/Protection Systems). Engineering Standards: (Core Responsibility) - Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications for engineering design. - Guardian of Key Electrical Design Standards/Specifications as SME for Reworld Electrical Team. - Update design standards and specifications periodically to keep up with the industry best practices, regulatory developments etc. - Commissioning/Startup: - Provide SME design support to Project Managers on assigned construction projects Provide engineering support for commissioning and installations for assigned design projects Troubleshooting/Problem Solving: - Provides Electrical Engineering design troubleshooting support to plant operations. Analyze Electrical failure root causes and develop cost effective technical solutions for RCAs. Position Requirements: Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited Institution. Minimum 10 years engineering experience. - Registered Professional Engineer or the ability to obtain future licensure is preferred. Experience: - Must have experience with High, Medium & Low Voltage distribution systems and electrical power generation in large utility power plants or large industrial co-generation facilities or Design/Architectural Engineering firms. - Must be able to work on multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision. - Must have proficiency in developing and understanding One Line/Three Line Diagrams, DC Control Schematics, Wiring diagrams, GA drawings related to interconnections, substations, power plants and electrical aspects of process plants including but not limited to motors, MCCs, PDCs and other electrical equipment. - Must have experience with all phases of a project including preliminary conceptual system design, scoping, detailed design, equipment selection, equipment testing and start-up problem resolution. (The equipment includes substation equipment, power plant equipment and process plant equipment. The voltage ranges vary from HV(>100KV) to low voltage (480V).) - Experience with protective relaying schemes (Medium Voltage) including coordination and development of relay settings. SEL relays experience is highly preferred. - Proficiency in engineering software such as CAD/AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM Powertools, SEL Acselerator, etc. - Must have effective written and oral communication skills; must be able to analyze data, write technical reports, and develop work packages to implement In addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits. About the role The Director of Regional Procurement will lead a team of supply management professionals, managing a spend of ≥$300 million, across 30 Facilities working for the world leader in sustainable waste and energy solutions poised for global sourcing expansion. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will lead the management of supplies and services to six key sites supporting a multi-plant environment in the South region; and provide functional guidance to sourcing professionals supporting those locations. Your role will span strategic, tactical, and transactional supply management activities. Key spend categories include Mechanical Parts, Pressure Parts, MRO, Contractor Services, Temp Labor, among others. You will also be called upon to contribute to the broader supply management agenda - demonstrating the right values and behaviors with high emotional intelligence in working with a disbursed stakeholder base. Specific Areas of Responsibilities: - Provide leadership, set the direction, and ensure delivery performance of the region’s procurement organization aligned with the broader Procurement agenda. - Deliver procurement’s contribution to Outage Optimization (plant maintenance & turnarounds), engineering and construction of new plants, and capital projects at existing facilities - Develop regional category strategies (leveraging the required market intelligence) and actionable procurement and project plans to optimize the company’s spend for the region. An expansion of procurement involvement in areas of spend not currently managed is anticipated. About the role POSTION SUMMARY The Technical Service Specialist serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, and operations to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. This position combines customer support expertise with technical knowledge of waste management, regulatory compliance, and disposal processes. The Technical Service Specialist supports the Sales team in growing and retaining business by providing accurate technical guidance, resolving customer issues, and ensuring waste profiles, manifests, and documentation are completed correctly and on time. They are expected to upsell their sales managers book of business through relationship building with their sales managers customer base. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and sales managers regarding waste disposal inquiries, pricing requests, and service coordination. - Assist Sales in managing and expanding their book of business through proactive communication, follow-up, and customer relationship management. - Develop a strong understanding of each customer’s waste streams, operations, and service needs to identify opportunities for improved service or new offerings. - Coordinate new customer onboarding, including profile creation, documentation review, and approval. - Review and interpret laboratory analysis, SDSs, and other waste characterization documents to ensure proper classification and disposal methods. - Prepare and submit waste profiles for approval in accordance with facility acceptance criteria and regulatory standards. - Ensure all waste streams are managed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (EPA, DOT, RCRA, TSCA). - Provide guidance to customers on container types, labeling, transportation, and documentation requirements. - Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Logistics, Billing, Compliance) to ensure timely and accurate waste pickup, transportation, and disposal. - Troubleshoot service issues such as scheduling delays, profile discrepancies, or incomplete documentation. - Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and waste tracking systems. - Support project management for special waste streams or large disposal events. - Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through responsive communication and problem-solving. - Act as an advocate for customers within the organization, ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded. - Identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Assist with internal and external audits related to waste management documentation. - Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS - 2 or more years of experience in the waste/environmental industry - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field preferred. - Experience in customer relationship management is preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience reviewing SDSs, lab results, and waste profiles. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly. - Ability to maintain customer and company confidentiality - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
