Own the boosting and whitelisting workflows and serve as the program's primary point of contact across these functions. What you bring - 5-7 years in influencer marketing, creator management, or social operations - including demonstrated experience leading or building programs at scale, ideally at a consumer brand or agency within the French market. - Hands-on experience with creator platforms (CreatorIQ, Later/Mavrck, Mavely, or similar). - Strong systems thinker - you build process where there isn't one and improve it where there is. - Excellent communicator and cross-functional influencer - equally effective with creators, agency partners, and senior internal stakeholders. - Highly organized; comfortable managing multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously. - Familiarity with TikTok Shop, affiliate-adjacent creator models, and UGC content for paid amplification is a strong plus. - Fluent French (spoken and written) with strong professional English, and deep familiarity with the French creator and influencer ecosystem.
