• Serve as the primary steward for Salesforce data across Sales and Success, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and remains evergreen. • Partner with Business Intelligence to define and maintain data dictionaries, naming conventions, and metadata documentation for Salesforce objects and fields. • Create, maintain, and clearly communicate a formal process for updating Salesforce objects, fields, and related data rules. • Review and validate change requests, ensuring that requests align with business needs, data governance standards, and system scalability. • Partner with enablement teams to provide training to stakeholders on data quality best practices and the approved process for requesting Salesforce data changes. • Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends, gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement. • Assist in defining measurable data quality KPIs and provide reporting on data governance performance. • Develop and maintain documentation including data flow diagrams, governance frameworks, change-control processes, and user guides.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Management, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience working with Salesforce data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data trends and recommend improvements
  • Identify and analyze problems to develop iterative improvements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy, structure, and process discipline.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and support as needed in a structured environment.
