• Organize the team and manage daily operations • Continuously develop team cohesion and performance • Support the development and empowerment of your team members • Oversee production and the quality of your team's deliverables and approve technical solutions (quality, cost, schedule, industrial strategies) • Ensure compliance with company and engineering regulations and methodologies • Conduct technology watch and stay informed of developments in the field • Optimize and manage the budget
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in industrial IT/industrial computing or telecommunications
- At least 5 years’ experience in industrial IT, systems engineering, and team management
- Autonomous with strong adaptability, responsiveness, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail, sense of priorities, responsibility, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-service oriented mindset
