• Lead and mentor the Scaled CSM team, driving both human-led and automated success motions across a growing portfolio of employer clients • Oversee the Customer Success Operations function, ensuring tools, systems, processes, and analytics are in place to support a high-performing CS organization • Define and execute scalable customer success strategies that drive platform adoption, employee engagement, and measurable customer value • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience from onboarding to renewal • Optimize CS workflows and tooling to improve visibility, efficiency, and reporting • Use data-driven insights to monitor customer health, flag risk, and prioritize interventions at scale. • Drive internal alignment around customer metrics, outcomes, and feedback loops to continuously improve the EWA experience • Support the development of customer lifecycle content (playbooks, campaigns, resources) that enhances engagement and self-service adoption • Own escalations and ensure timely resolution with a focus on long-term success

• Develop high-performance mobile applications using React Native, focusing on smooth components, lifecycle management, and performance optimization • Create and integrate native modules by bridging iOS (Swift/ObjC) and Android (Kotlin/Java) to extend app functionality beyond the standard framework • Implement pixel-perfect UIs and fluid, performant animations using Reanimated and modern theming libraries • Architect robust data-handling patterns using RESTful APIs, React Query, and sophisticated state management (Redux, MobX, or Context API) • Own the full release lifecycle, from managing App Store Connect and Google Play Store to maintaining CI/CD pipelines via Bitrise, Expo/EAS, or GitLab • Work closely with designers, PMs, and backend engineers in a cross-functional environment to turn product visions into reality

• Own internal coordination for complex enterprise deals from late-stage pipeline through close • Build and manage detailed deal timelines, milestones, and cross-functional workstreams • Track action items across Legal, Finance, Product, Security, Compliance, and Implementation teams • Proactively identify risks or bottlenecks and escalate with clear, recommended solutions • Draft polished, client-ready communications, summaries, and presentations • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure strong deal hygiene across the pipeline • Create internal playbooks, templates, and tools to streamline cross-functional collaboration

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers through regular 1:1s, call reviews, performance feedback, and career development. • Ensure strong adoption, engagement, and satisfaction across your book of business, with a clear focus on retention and expansion. • Operationalize Customer Success plays and engagement models to support Rain’s growth, segment strategy, and customer lifecycle. • Own team-level KPIs including retention, expansion, onboarding success, and customer health scores. • Act as the voice of the customer internally, partnering with Product, Implementations, Support, and Sales to resolve issues, prioritize feedback, and improve the end‑to‑end experience. • Oversee new customer onboarding for your team’s accounts, ensuring fast time‑to‑value and clear success criteria. • Leverage data and tooling to forecast risk, prioritize accounts, and continuously improve CS processes. • Handle customer escalations with confidence and empathy, driving resolution and long‑term trust.

• Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions, recommend alternative approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet ambitious targets • Design and implement reliable systems and applications in a fully distributed micro-services architecture • Build and maintain integrations with 3rd-party vendors and partners • Design and implement highly available RESTful APIs supporting user-facing web and mobile applications • Focus on creating reusable code and libraries that ensure scalability for future projects • Enforce observability best practices, leveraging tools like logging, metrics, and alerting systems • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation (architecture designs, APIs, workflows, and system configurations) • Continuously monitor systems for opportunities to maximize performance and scalability

• Develop and scale robust UI test automation frameworks using Playwright • Drive quality integration by embedding automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing across API, web, and mobile interfaces • Lead non-functional testing, including performance, stress, and exploratory tests • Implement best practices (BDD, Page Object Model, and Object Orientation)
