Job Description

Account Executive – Large Enterprise

Rain

• Develop and support Rain’s sales pipeline to support ambitious growth plans for financial technology solutions for employees • Create and grow prospects via lead qualification • Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with prospects • Engage sales development representative team to drive progress in their pipelines • Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C-Level to present product information, solution propositions, account review and support for the ordering process • Actively showcase and promote Rain’s commitment to financial technology solutions and close partnerships with industry leaders, including SHRM, APA and others

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with technology or solution sales including selling Human Capital Management and Earned Wage Access
  • Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills; must own and contribute at every stage of the sales lifecycle
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Ability to promote complex technology solutions and project manage them
  • A high level of demonstrated customer interface along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sales, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills
